 もがデータを見てさわって楽しめることを目標に活動
 している、グラフ共有コミュニティE2D3（Excel to D3.js）
 は、様々な企業や団体との協力イベントを開催してい
 ます。\n今回は、環境データを提供することで、人々
 に力を与える活動を行う世界的な市民科学のボランテ
 ィア・グループ、セーフキャスト（Safecast）とのコラ
 ボイベントです。\nセーフキャストが集めた環境デー
 タをE2D3で表現してみる体験会を実施します。ご自分の
 PCをご持参の上、ご参加ください。\nPlease join us for the i
 nteractive and fun workshop to experience/ visualize environmental open d
 ata in innovative ways! \nE2D3 (Excel to D3.js) is a graph-sharing commun
 ity enabling everyone to handle and display data.  E2D3 has been hosting 
 collaboration events with various companies and organizations.  This time
 \, we are holding a joint event with Safecast\, the internationally-renow
 ned citizen science volunteer group.  In this event you can explore envir
 onmental open data collected by Safecast and create visually appealing gr
 aphs using E2D3.  Participants need only bring their own PC and their ima

 なぜ環境データを集めるようになったのか？どんなデ
 ータをどうやって集めているのか？　どうやったらデ
 ータをみたりさわったりできるのか？　APIの使い方は
 ？　自分が使いたいデータのみをダウンロードする方
 法は？　Safecastスタッフによるハンズオンセミナーを
 開きます。\n②　E2D3ハンズオン：\nはじめてE2D3のこと
 を知った方向けに、使い方ハンズオンを開きます。E2D3
 のインストール方法、使い方のちょっとしたコツなど
 のレクチャー。表現したい内容別のおすすめグラフ・
 表現方法などのアドバイスも。　E2D3はエクセル上で動
 くアプリのため、あらかじめエクセルで使えるサイズ
 に整理したデータセットをお配りして、実際にE2D3上で
 触ってみます。 E2D3の使い方はもう知ってるよ！とい
 う方は③のもくもく作業タイムをはじめてください！\
 n③　もくもく作業タイム：\n実際にセーフキャストの
 環境データを使ってのグラフ作成タイムです。　個人
 で作業するのもよし、チームで作業もよし。　セーフ
 キャストとE2D3のメンターが、皆さんの質問、疑問にて
 いねいにお答えします。\n④　発表タイム：\n最後に、
 自由参加で、できあがったグラフの発表タイムです。
 　グラフ完成までいった方も、途中までの方も、どん
 なところに苦労した、こんな発見があった、などをみ
 んなとシェアしましょう。\n⑤　懇親会：\n同じ会場で
 懇親会を開きます。　SafecastとE2D3のメンバーに、きき
 そびれたことを聞いてみたり、新しく出会った方々と
 の交流を深めたり、ごゆっくり楽しんでいってくださ
 い。\nHands-on seminar & work on individual projects\n\nSeminar by Safe
 cast (in Japanese)\n\nYou will learn:\n- Why does Safecast collect enviro
 nmental data?\n- What data do Safecasters collect and how?\n- How can we 
 look at their open data and play with them?\n- How can we use the Safecas
 t API to extract data for your own interests?\nA hands-on session will to
  be led by Safecast volunteer staff.\n\nHands-on session by E2D3 (in Japa
 nese)\n\nAn introductory hands-on session demonstrating the use of E2D3. 
 You will learn how to install and use E2D3. You will get advice on how yo
 u can present your data visually. E2D3 is an add-in application for Excel
 . We will provide cleaned-up data which are usable in Excel and then you 
 can explore the data using E2D3. If you are already familiar with E2D3\, 
 you can skip this hands-on session and immediately start working on makin
 g graphs.\n\nVisualization time:\n\nYou will be supported in developing v
 isual presentations of Safecast’s data. You can work on your own projec
 ts individually or as a team. Mentors from Safecast and E2D3 will help yo
 u complete your work by answering any questions you may have.  Bilingual 
 mentors are there to help.\n\nPresentation Time: \n\nAt the end of the ev
 ent\, there is an opportunity to present your completed visualizations gr
 aphs and to share new findings working with data/ E2D3 graphs with other 
 participants.\n\nNetworking Party:\n\nNetworking party will be held at th

 openly sharing trustworthy data of environmental radiation and other poll
 utants\, growing quickly in size\, scope\, and geographical reach and Saf
 ecasters have now been spreading and collaborating globally. \nJoi Ito\, 
 the Director of MIT Media Lab is one of the founding members.\nSafecast s
 trongly believes that it is important for everyone to have access to reli
