ease\nDescription\nBuilding software is not just about coding: it's about
evolution. The more features and fixes stockpiled to meet users' require
ments\, the more bugs developers might introduce. Moreover\, bugs may hid
e long in a software until all authors left and then show up when it is u
sed in an environment that was not designed for. Therefore\, in order to
keep high software quality\, developing teams need to be equipped with th
 e following capabilities:\n\ncode review\nversioning\nCI\nissue managemen
t\nrelease management\n\nAll the above topics will be covered to demonstr
ate how Mozilla controls Firefox's quality\, and how its developers work
together.\nLanguage\nEnglish\nSpeaker\nGreg Weng is a programming languag
 e enthusiast and a Haskell & Rust fan\, proficient in Elm/JavaScript/Pyth
on/Kotlin/C++. He was an ex-Mozilla engineer for JavaScript engine\, and
now is an architect engineer in Rakuten. He is WebHack's co-founder.\nThe
Transformation and Modernization of Line’s In-House Deployment System\
 nDescription\nPMC\, Line's in-house application deployment system\, is us
ed by Line's application teams 400 times per day. However\, as it was des
igned many years ago\, it has fallen behind the current trends\, in terms
of UI\, architecture and efficiency. Now Line is working hard on transfo
rming and modernizing PMC. What methods were adopted? What lessons were l
earned? The stories behind will be shared in this talk.\nLanguage\nEnglis
