 ロスペクティブ)は、アジャイルとスクラムにおいて重
 要なプラクティスです。いっぽう、ふりかえりを「言
 われたとおりやるだけ」の現場も少なくありません。
 ふりかえりは継続的改善を実現するカギです。ふりか
 えりの意義を参加者が理解し、そのうえで良いやり方
 でふりかえりを実施すれば、楽しく、集中できる、生
 産的な場を作れます。その場を通じて、自分たちの仕
 事のやり方そのものを改善し続けられるようになるの
 です。\n本イベントでは、ふりかえりについて参加者
 どうしで経験や意見を共有し、よりよいふりかえりと
 改善に向けたアクションを検討します。セッション中
 ではファンダンラーン(Fun! Done! Learn!)によるふりかえり
 を作者本人から紹介したうえで、実際に参加者でやっ
 てみます。\nHow can we improve? Retrospective is an important practi
 ce in Agile and Scrum\, but often people do retrospectives just because t
 hey are told to do so. Retrospectives are crucial for continuous improvem
 ent or Kaizen. When people understand its importance AND they do it corre
 ctly\, retrospectives can be fun\, engaged\, and productive experience to
  improve regularly the way we work. Let's think about it together and sha
 re you experiences in real life retrospectives to create your actions for
  better retrospective and Kaizen. At this session we will make an overvie
