 のブロックチェーンおよび分散台帳技術の研究を行う

 peaker\nChris Ballinger\, CEO and Founder at MOBI\nChris Ballinger is the
  CEO and Co-founder of the Mobility Open Blockchain Initiative (MOBI)\, a
  consortium of government agencies\, academic institutions\, companies\, 
 and public organizations exploring blockchain and distributed ledger tech
 nology to improve mobility\, transit\, and logistics. Chris’ background
  spans from finance to mobility and innovation. After receiving a Master
 ’s degree in Economics from the University of California\, Berkeley\, C
 hris served as Senior Vice President of Treasury at Bank of America and S
 taff Economist at the President’s Council of Economic Advisors under Pr
 esident Reagan. Chris then moved into the mobility sector\, serving 14 ye
 ars at Toyota Financial Services\, where he served in various global lead
 ership roles\, as SVP\, CFO\, and Chief of Strategic Innovation. In April
  2017\, Chris joined the Toyota Research Institute as CFO and Director of
  Mobility and Blockchain Services. Since launching MOBI in May 2018\, Chr
 is has been at the forefront of the new economy of movement.\nSanshiro Fu
 kao\, Advisor\, Mobility Open Blockchain Initiative (MOBI)\nSanshiro FUKA
 O was born in Tokyo\, Japan\, in 1981.　After having graduated from Lond
 on School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in 2003\, he has worke
 d for Nomura Securities\, HSBC and global hedge funds as senior equity an
 alyst focusing on multiple sectors in Asia. He has been a senior research
  analyst of automobiles at Bank of Yokohama Group since 2013. As a Japane
 se opinion leader in automobile industry\, he delivers lectures to corpor
 ate management and local authorities in Japan/Asia. He recently published
  a book titled ‘Mobility 2.0 – Smartphonisationof Automobiles’ from
  Nikkei Publishing Inc. in Japan. He is also an Advisor to Mobility Open
