 カソン（画像処理分野）\n\n近年コンピュータービジョ
 ンの諸技術は紙ベースの様々な業界を変革してきまし
 た。しかし、英語などの言語での著しい発展の一方で
 、日本語への応用は出遅れているというのが現状です
 。このハッカソンは国内におけるコンピュータビジョ
 ン分野の研究の発展と、それによる日本語ドキュメン
 ト画像の認識技術の向上を目標に掲げます。このハッ
 カソンイベントを通じて、日本のスタートアップ生態
 系の技術的発展とIT業界の革命を加速させてみません
 か？\n\n本ハッカソンにおいて発表された成果はMITライ
 センスの下とオープンソースソフトウェアとして公開
 されます。またこれら成果に基づいた出版物等につい
 ても一般公開がなされます。\n\n本ハッカソンは、この
 イベントをキックオフとして、1ヶ月間開催されます。
 キックオフイベントに参加できない方々も、当日公開
 されるリポジトリへのアクセスをもって同様に参加し
 ていただくことができます。\n\nこのイベントをより楽
 しいものにすべく、コンペティション形式をとること
 にしました。参加者の成果は自動的にスコア評価され
 、最終的にランキングとして公開されます。これによ
 って参加者同士の回答を見比べながら開発を進めるこ
 とができます。\n\nイベント参加者は個人として参加す
 ることもできれば、チームを組むこともできます。\n\n

 、国内における等技術領域の現状、我々オープンルー
 ムが直面した課題、そしてどのように紙ベースの業界
 の問題を解決しようと取り組んでいるかなどについて

 nc. partners with RICOH to organize this event.\nComputer Vision technolo
 gies allows us today to transform paper-based businesses. While the techn
 ology have accelerated in the past years for the English language\, it is
  still behind for the Japanese language. This hackathon goal is to make t
 he research progress in Japan and improve the document recognition\, cont
 ent classification and Japanese language machine learning. Together\, we 
 believe that we can improve the technologies and give a boost to the Japa
 nese startup ecosystem and industry renewal.\n\nThe contributions to the 
 event will be published under the Open Source MIT licence. The resulting 
 publications from the research will also be released publicly.\n\nThe hac
 kathon will be held for 1 month\, and this event is the kick off event. I
 f you can't intend the event\, you can still participate to the research 
 - access to the repository will be given on the day of the kick off.\nTo 
 make things a little bit more motivating\, the hackathon will be held as 
 a small competition: participant's contributions will be tested automatic
 ally and a score will be attributed to each submission. A ranking will th
 en be held to compare the participants solutions and compete between each
  others.\nParticpants can team up and work as a team\, or contribute as i
