  Jiao is the Head of Human Resources at Globe Telecom -- he joined Globe 
 in June 2010. \n\nMr. Jiao 30+ years of experience in general management 
 and leveraging leading-edge technologies\, processes\, and human capital 
 for competitive advantage. He is a seasoned HR practitioner with 20+ year
 s of experience in multi-functional HR practice areas.  Also\, he has hel
 d various significant positions in Procter and Gamble (Philippines)\, Inc
 . and Procter and Gamble Asia Pte\, Limited. Before joining Globe\, he wa
 s President of IBM Business Services\, Inc.  \n\nMr. Jiao earned his Bach

 he Philippines.\n\n\n\nMinette B. Navarrete | Vice-Chairman and President
 \, Kickstart Ventures\n\nMinette Navarrete is Vice-Chairman and President
  of Kickstart Ventures\, Inc. She is a member of the Ayala Corporation’
 s Innovation Advisory Council\, and of Globe’s Innovation Advisory Boar
 d. She is a Senior Vice President at Globe Telecom\, focusing on New Busi
 ness\, and a member of the Board of Directors of AdSpark\, Globe’s digi
 tal advertising subsidiary. \n\nMinette has held CEO/COO positions in var
 ious industries\, ranging from Philippine startups to iconic global compa
 nies.  Before joining Globe\, she was Philippine Managing Director of onl
 ine game publishing startup\, Level Up!  She previously served as Levi St
