 1: \nIn this talk\, we will give an overview of the AI Safety and Reliabi
 lity Unit. Recently AI technologies raise novel ethical\, legal\, and pol
 icy challenges. To tackle these challenges\, we investigate fairness\, tr
 ansparency\, and privacy-preservation in machine learning and data utiliz
 ation. We approach these problems by developing computational methods\, c
 onducting data analyses\, and interdisciplinary researches. We will intro
 duce the background of our research activities. Then we will present rese
 arch activities of our team including privacy-preserving techniques\, pri
 vacy policy analysis\, and the risk of rationalization in machine learnin

 向けた日本語データセット作成の試案(日本語)　(15 min)
 \n**Abstract 2: \n日本語におけるヘイトスピーチのデータ
 セット作成に向けた試案作成の取り組みを紹介する。
 我々は発言が話題にしている対象者とその対象者に対
 する攻撃性の種類を判断させるような手続き的な暴言
 分類のアノテーションガイドラインを設計した．特に
 日本独自の歴史・地域性を踏まえたヘイトスピーチ理
 解と、人文社会科学におけるヘイトスピーチに関する
 理論的知見に依拠した物となっている。さらにSNS 上の
 ヘイトスピーチの候補となるツイートを収集し、クラ
 ウドソーシングを用いたアノテーションを試験的に実
 施し，得られたデータセットの特徴を考察した結果を
 報告する。\n\n\n\nAll participants are required to agree with the AI
