  have English-speaking developers on site. \n概要\nOptunaは、オー
 プンソースのハイパーパラメータ自動最適化フレーム
 ワークです。このイベントでは、Optunaのコントリビュ
 ータやコミッタが参加者の皆様と一緒に、Optunaの開発
 を進めます。Discordを用いてワイワイ口頭で相談しなが
 ら、また静かにコミュニケーションしながらみんなで
 作業しましょう。\n開発対象は今年度中に公開を予定
 しているOptuna version 3.0 (V3) の機能開発です。GitHub上で
 のPull Requestの作成とマージを目指します。Optuna V3の開
 発は10/11(月)にGitHub上にロードマップを公開してスター
 トしました。ロードマップに記載された各開発アイテ
 ム毎にV3ラベルが貼られたIssueが作成されているので、
 是非見てみてくださいね。\n当日はDiscordに複数のVoice c
 hat部屋を用意する予定です。部屋は開発アイテムのテ
 ーマ毎に分かれており、口頭でコミッタと相談しなが
 ら開発を進めることができます。\n成果を共有したい
 人は、是非、懇親会でLTにチャレンジして下さい！\n参
 加想定者\nGitHubを使った開発を行ったことがある方。
 今回はOptuna V3の機能開発に絞ったタスクを行う予定で
 す。コミュニケーションはGitHub上では英語で行います
 が、Discord上ではコミッタと日本語または英語で行うこ
 とができます。\n準備\n開発スプリントはオンラインで
 Discordを利用して行います。参加が確定した方には2/22(
 火)にOptuna Discordサーバーへのリンクをお送りいたしま
 すので、当日までに参加をお願いします。\nスケジュ

 tuna is an open source hyperparameter optimization framework. At this eve
 nt\, Optuna contributors and committers will work with the participants t
 o develop Optuna. Let's work together while chatting happily or quietly c
 ommunicating on the Discord server.\nThe development target is Optuna ver
 sion 3.0 (V3)\, scheduled to be released within this fiscal year. We aim 
 to create and merge Pull Requests on GitHub. Development of Optuna V3 sta
 rted on 10/11 (Monday) with the release of Roadmap on GitHub. Issues with
  a V3 label have been created for each development item listed on the roa
 dmap\, so please take a look.\nWe plan to have multiple Voice chat rooms 
 on Discord. The rooms are divided according to the theme of the developme
 nt item\, and you can proceed with the development while consulting with 
 the committer.\nIf you want to share your achievements\, please try givin
 g a Lightning Talk at the social gathering!\nDesired participants\nThose 
 who have done development using GitHub. This time\, we plan to focus on t
 he feature development of Optuna V3. Communication is in English on GitHu
 b\, but you can communicate with committers in Japanese or English on Dis
 cord.\nPreparation\nDevelopment sprints are done online using Discord. Th
 ose who have confirmed their participation will be sent a link to the Opt
 una Discord server on 2/22 (Tuesday)\, so please participate by the day o
