 勉強会を通して研究や実務に使う機械学習についての
 基礎を身に付けることを目的としています\n勉強し始

 にかけてGDSC (大阪大) のメンバーで、GDSCで提供されて
 いる英語資料の翻訳 (= ローカライズ) を行いました。
 本勉強会はこのプロジェクトで作成された日本語版の
 学習資料を用いて進行します。ML資料翻訳プロジェク
