 n Tech at Woven by Toyota\n今回のイベントでは、車両ソフト
 ウェアOS・プラットフォームである「Arene」、モビリテ
 ィのためのテストコースである「Woven City」、最新技術
 を用いてウーブン・バイ・トヨタとトヨタ自動車全体
 の生産的で効率的なソフトウェア開発を支えるエンタ
 ープライズ・テクノロジー（Enterprise Technology）である
 「EnTec」の3つの分野のチームよりそれぞれスピーカー
 が参加します。ウーブン・バイ・トヨタでは、多様性
 あふれる職場環境を目指すため、エンジニアが働く場
 においても多様性を大切にしています。\n今回は、3つ
 のそれぞれの分野において働く女性エンジニアの働き
 方や活躍をテーマにイベントを実施いたします。\n各
 分野の多様なバックグラウンドを持つ女性エンジニア
 が話すクロストークや懇親会等のセッションを通して
 、ご自身のワークライフバランスを考慮したキャリア

 ラウンドと、自動車業界およびイノベーション管理の
 経験を持つ。その経験を組み合わせ、Areneチームにて
 車両ソフトウェア開発プラットフォームのミッション
 とビジョンを推進する。ベネズエラの出身で、社会人
 として生活のほとんどをドイツで過ごした。現在は東
 京に住んでおり、新しい冒険を経験し、日本文化を発
 見することを楽しむ。\nヨン・ペ\nFrontend UI Engineer\, Aren
 e Online Services2021年4月に入社し、フロントエンドのUIエ
 ンジニアを務める。Areneのデザインシステムを創るこ
 とを夢見て入社したが、今では重要なユーザーになっ
 ている。学士号として、マルチメディア・エンジニア
 リングと英語翻訳・通訳の2つを専攻。入社前は、韓国
 の企業であるNaverにて、ソフトウェアエンジニアとし
 てローカルプレイスプラットフォーム用のウェブアプ
 リケーションを開発。2019年から2020 年にかけてWomenWhoCo
 de Seoulのボランティア活動をソウルで行い、自身が翻
 訳したGraphQLの本についてライトニングトークを行った
 。東京へ来た後は、週末に日本人エンジニアの友人2人
 と開発自習グループを共同主催している。自由時間に
 は、JLPT N2試験の合格に向けて日本語の勉強も行う。\n
 マイケル・パドン\nDirector\, City OS Platform\, City Platformシ
 ティソフトウェアプラットフォームの責任者として、W
 oven Cityのデジタルの核心部の構築に携わる。キャリア
 を積み上げる上で、セキュリティ（暗号化含む）、オ
 ープンソース、機械学習を大切にしている。Woven Cityを
 担当する前は、Google Chromeにて、アーキテクチャ、ロー
 ディング、ナビゲーション、ネットワーキングのチー
 ムを率いた。メルボルン大学でコンピュータサイエン
 スの理学士号、インペリアル・カレッジ・ロンドンで
 投資とリスクを専門とするMBA、ロンドン大学で情報セ
 キュリティの修士号を取得。40以上の特許を持ち、25つ
 ほどの論文を発表している。\nダリヤ・バジェニナ\nMac
 hine Learning Engineer\, Behavior AI機械学習エンジニアとして
 、Woven Cityの研究開発に携わる。音声認識、行動モデリ
 ング、動画情報理解を専門とする。コンピュータサイ
 エンスで博士号を取得。勉強会のリーダーとしてWomenWh
 oCode Tokyoのボランティアにも参加している。\nウシャ・
 ラマチャンドラン\nGroup Product ManagerEnTecの製品管理をリ
 ード。エンジニアとしてキャリアをスタートし、20年
 以上のキャリアを通じて、テクニカルマーケティング
 エンジニア、セールスエンジニア、プロダクトマネー
 ジャーなど、さまざまな役割を担当。3年前にカリフォ
 ルニア州サンフランシスコから東京に移住し、2022年9
 月に入社。自由時間にはハイキングをしたり、日本の
 新しい場所を探索したりすることが好き。\nショルー
 ック・サーレー\nSoftware Engineer\, Platform Engineeringプラッ
 トフォームエンジニアとして入社する以前は、アドテ
 ック、フィンテック、自動配信を専門とするクウェー
 トとエジプトのスタートアップ企業と仕事を行なって
 いた。コミュニティに情熱を持ち、アラブ首長国連邦
 、クウェート、エジプト、日本におけるテクノロジー
 への取り組みに積極的に貢献。Google開発者グループと
 アラブ女性コンピューティング支部を率い、影響力の
 あるワークショップやイベントを企画した経験を持つ
 。現在ではWomen Techmaker アンバサダーとして活動しなが
 ら、#IamRemarkableなどのワークショップや洞察力に富ん
 だ技術トークを通じて、女性に力を与えている。自由
 時間には、競争力のあるハッカソンやゲームジャムを
 したり、絵を描いたり、ウクレレを演奏するなど、さ
 まざまな活動に取り組んでいる。日本文化とそのユニ

 Speaker Information\nMayra Castellanos\nProduct Owner\, AreneHaving a bac
 kground in electronic engineering and experience in the automotive indust
 ry and innovation management\, Mayra combines her experiences to drive fo
 rward the mission and vision of the Arene automotive software development
  platform. Mayra comes from Venezuela and spent most of her professional 
 life in Germany. She’s excited about living in Tokyo\, experiencing new
  adventures and discovering Japanese culture.\nYoung Bae\nFrontend UI Eng
 ineer\, Arene Online ServicesYoung has been a front-end UI engineer since
  April 2021. She joined Woven by Toyota with a dream of creating a design
  system for Arene\, but she is now becoming a significant consumer. She d
 ouble majored in multimedia engineering and English translation and inter
 pretation as a bachelor. Before joining Woven by Toyota\, she worked as a
  software engineer at Naver in Seongnam\, South Korea\, developing web ap
 plications for the local place platform. In 2019-2020\, she volunteered a
 t WomenWhoCode Seoul and was a lightning-talk speaker about the GraphQL b
 ook she translated. After moving to Tokyo\, she co-hosts the weekend dev 
 self-study group with two other Japanese engineer friends. During her fre
 e time\, she also studies Japanese to pass the JLPT N2 exam this year.\nM
 ichael Paddon\nDirector\, City OS Platform\, City PlatformAs the head of 
 City Software Platform\, Michael has been building the digital heart of W
 oven City. His career has focused on security (including encryption)\, op
 en source\, and machine learning. Prior to joining Woven City\, Michael l
 ed the architecture\, loading\, navigation\, and networking teams at Goog
 le Chrome. He holds a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Melb
 ourne\, an MBA specializing in Investment and Risk from Imperial College 
 London\, and a MSc in Information Security from the University of London.
  He is the inventor of over 40 patent families and has published around 2
 5 papers.\nDaria Vazhenina\nMachine Learning Engineer\, Behavior AIAs a M
 achine Learning Engineer\, Daria works at Woven City R&D. Her fields of i
 nterest include speech recognition\, behavior modeling\, and video unders
 tanding. She holds a Ph.D. in Computer science. In her free time\, she vo
 lunteers as a Lead of a study group at WomenWhoCode Tokyo.\nUsha Ramachan
 dran\nGroup Product ManagerUsha leads Product Management for EnTec. Start
 ing out as an engineer\, Usha has worn several hats through her career of
  20+ years\, including Technical Marketing Engineer\, Sales Engineer and 
 Product Manager. She moved to Tokyo three years ago from San Francisco\, 
 CA and joined Woven by Toyota in September 2022. In her free time\, Usha 
 loves to hike and explore new places in Japan.\nShorook Saleh\nSoftware E
 ngineer\, Platform EngineeringBefore joining Woven by Toyota as a Platfor
 m Engineer\, Shorook worked with startups in Kuwait and Egypt that specia
 lize in AdTech\, FinTech\, and Automated Delivery. Passionate about commu
 nity\, Shorook actively contributed to tech initiatives in UAE\, Kuwait\,
  Egypt\, and Japan. She led Google Developer Group and Arab Women In Comp
 uting chapters\, organizing impactful workshops and events. While acting 
 as a Women Techmaker ambassador\, she empowers women through workshops li
 ke #IamRemarkable and insightful technical talks. In her free time\, Shor
 ook thrives on diverse activities that range from competitive Hackathons 
 and Gamejams to painting and playing the Ukulele. Currently\, she immerse
 s herself in exploring Japanese culture and its unique experiences.\nElig
