 トウェアOS・プラットフォームである「Arene」、モビリ
 ティのためのテストコースである「Woven City」、最新技
 術を用いてウーブン・バイ・トヨタとトヨタ自動車全
 体の生産的で効率的なソフトウェア開発を支えるエン
 タープライズ・テクノロジー（Enterprise Technology）であ
 る「EnTec」の3つの分野のチームよりそれぞれスピーカ
 ーが参加します。ウーブン・バイ・トヨタでは、多様
 性あふれる職場環境を目指すため、エンジニアが働く
 場においても多様性を大切にしています。\n今回は、3
 つのそれぞれの分野において働く女性エンジニアの働
 き方や活躍をテーマにイベントを実施いたします。\n
 各分野の多様なバックグラウンドを持つ女性エンジニ
 アが話すクロストークや懇親会等のセッションを通し
 て、ご自身のワークライフバランスを考慮したキャリ
 アプラン形成に役立てていただけますと幸いです。\n

  Owner\, Arene電子工学のバックグラウンドと、自動車業
 界およびイノベーション管理の経験を持つ。その経験
 を組み合わせ、Areneチームにて車両ソフトウェア開発
 プラットフォームのミッションとビジョンを推進する
 。ベネズエラの出身で、社会人として生活のほとんど
 をドイツで過ごした。現在は東京に住んでおり、新し
 い冒険を経験し、日本文化を発見することを楽しむ。\
 nヨン・ペ\nFrontend UI Engineer\, Arene Online Services2021年4月に
 入社し、フロントエンドのUIエンジニアを務める。Arene
 のデザインシステムを創ることを夢見て入社したが、
 今では重要なユーザーになっている。学士号として、
 マルチメディア・エンジニアリングと英語翻訳・通訳
 の2つを専攻。入社前は、韓国の企業であるNaverにて、
 ソフトウェアエンジニアとしてローカルプレイスプラ
 ットフォーム用のウェブアプリケーションを開発。2019
 年から2020 年にかけてWomenWhoCode Seoulのボランティア活
 動をソウルで行い、自身が翻訳したGraphQLの本について
 ライトニングトークを行った。東京へ来た後は、週末
 に日本人エンジニアの友人2人と開発自習グループを共
 同主催している。自由時間には、JLPT N2試験の合格に向
 けて日本語の勉強も行う。\nマイケル・パドン\nDirector\
 , City OS Platform\, City Platformシティソフトウェアプラット
 フォームの責任者として、Woven Cityのデジタルの核心部
 の構築に携わる。キャリアを積み上げる上で、セキュ
 リティ（暗号化含む）、オープンソース、機械学習を
 大切にしている。Woven Cityを担当する前は、Google Chrome
 にて、アーキテクチャ、ローディング、ナビゲーショ
 ン、ネットワーキングのチームを率いた。メルボルン
 大学でコンピュータサイエンスの理学士号、インペリ
 アル・カレッジ・ロンドンで投資とリスクを専門とす
 るMBA、ロンドン大学で情報セキュリティの修士号を取
 得。40以上の特許を持ち、25つほどの論文を発表してい
 る。\nダリヤ・バジェニナ\nMachine Learning Engineer\, Behavior
  AI機械学習エンジニアとして、Woven Cityの研究開発に携
 わる。音声認識、行動モデリング、動画情報理解を専
 門とする。コンピュータサイエンスで博士号を取得。
 勉強会のリーダーとしてWomenWhoCode Tokyoのボランティア
 にも参加している。\nウシャ・ラマチャンドラン\nGroup 
 Product ManagerEnTecの製品管理をリード。エンジニアとし
 てキャリアをスタートし、20年以上のキャリアを通じ
 て、テクニカルマーケティングエンジニア、セールス
 エンジニア、プロダクトマネージャーなど、さまざま
 な役割を担当。3年前にカリフォルニア州サンフランシ
 スコから東京に移住し、2022年9月に入社。自由時間に
 はハイキングをしたり、日本の新しい場所を探索した
 りすることが好き。\nショルーック・サーレー\nSoftware 
 Engineer\, Platform Engineeringプラットフォームエンジニアと
 して入社する以前は、アドテック、フィンテック、自
 動配信を専門とするクウェートとエジプトのスタート
 アップ企業と仕事を行なっていた。コミュニティに情
 熱を持ち、アラブ首長国連邦、クウェート、エジプト
 、日本におけるテクノロジーへの取り組みに積極的に
 貢献。Google開発者グループとアラブ女性コンピューテ
 ィング支部を率い、影響力のあるワークショップやイ
 ベントを企画した経験を持つ。現在ではWomen Techmaker ア
 ンバサダーとして活動しながら、#IamRemarkableなどのワ
 ークショップや洞察力に富んだ技術トークを通じて、
 女性に力を与えている。自由時間には、競争力のある
 ハッカソンやゲームジャムをしたり、絵を描いたり、
 ウクレレを演奏するなど、さまざまな活動に取り組ん
 でいる。日本文化とそのユニークな体験を探索する日

 nMayra Castellanos\nProduct Owner\, AreneHaving a background in electroni
 c engineering and experience in the automotive industry and innovation ma
 nagement\, Mayra combines her experiences to drive forward the mission an
 d vision of the Arene automotive software development platform. Mayra com
 es from Venezuela and spent most of her professional life in Germany. She
 ’s excited about living in Tokyo\, experiencing new adventures and disc
 overing Japanese culture.\nYoung Bae\nFrontend UI Engineer\, Arene Online
  ServicesYoung has been a front-end UI engineer since April 2021. She joi
 ned Woven by Toyota with a dream of creating a design system for Arene\, 
 but she is now becoming a significant consumer. She double majored in mul
 timedia engineering and English translation and interpretation as a bache
 lor. Before joining Woven by Toyota\, she worked as a software engineer a
 t Naver in Seongnam\, South Korea\, developing web applications for the l
 ocal place platform. In 2019-2020\, she volunteered at WomenWhoCode Seoul
  and was a lightning-talk speaker about the GraphQL book she translated. 
 After moving to Tokyo\, she co-hosts the weekend dev self-study group wit
 h two other Japanese engineer friends. During her free time\, she also st
 udies Japanese to pass the JLPT N2 exam this year.\nMichael Paddon\nDirec
 tor\, City OS Platform\, City PlatformAs the head of City Software Platfo
 rm\, Michael has been building the digital heart of Woven City. His caree
 r has focused on security (including encryption)\, open source\, and mach
 ine learning. Prior to joining Woven City\, Michael led the architecture\
 , loading\, navigation\, and networking teams at Google Chrome. He holds 
 a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Melbourne\, an MBA speci
 alizing in Investment and Risk from Imperial College London\, and a MSc i
 n Information Security from the University of London. He is the inventor 
 of over 40 patent families and has published around 25 papers.\nDaria Vaz
 henina\nMachine Learning Engineer\, Behavior AIAs a Machine Learning Engi
 neer\, Daria works at Woven City R&D. Her fields of interest include spee
 ch recognition\, behavior modeling\, and video understanding. She holds a
  Ph.D. in Computer science. In her free time\, she volunteers as a Lead o
 f a study group at WomenWhoCode Tokyo.\nUsha Ramachandran\nGroup Product 
 ManagerUsha leads Product Management for EnTec. Starting out as an engine
 er\, Usha has worn several hats through her career of 20+ years\, includi
 ng Technical Marketing Engineer\, Sales Engineer and Product Manager. She
  moved to Tokyo three years ago from San Francisco\, CA and joined Woven 
 by Toyota in September 2022. In her free time\, Usha loves to hike and ex
 plore new places in Japan.\nShorook Saleh\nSoftware Engineer\, Platform E
 ngineeringBefore joining Woven by Toyota as a Platform Engineer\, Shorook
  worked with startups in Kuwait and Egypt that specialize in AdTech\, Fin
 Tech\, and Automated Delivery. Passionate about community\, Shorook activ
 ely contributed to tech initiatives in UAE\, Kuwait\, Egypt\, and Japan. 
 She led Google Developer Group and Arab Women In Computing chapters\, org
 anizing impactful workshops and events. While acting as a Women Techmaker
  ambassador\, she empowers women through workshops like #IamRemarkable an
 d insightful technical talks. In her free time\, Shorook thrives on diver
 se activities that range from competitive Hackathons and Gamejams to pain
 ting and playing the Ukulele. Currently\, she immerses herself in explori
