 スプリント参加者およびスプリントリーダーを募集し
 ます！\n今年のスプリントは9/29(日)、HENNGE株式会社オ
 フィス（渋谷駅より徒歩約10分）をお借りして開催い
 たします。\nエレベーターで4階にお越しください。\n
 スプリントに参加するためにはPyCon JP 2024のチケット購

 以下の通りです。  \n\n10:00 : 開場  \n10:15 : イベントの

 者完全撤収\n\nスプリントとは？\n多くのオープンソー
 スソフトウェアの開発は、通常、ウェブ上でオンライ
 ンのコミュニケーションを通じて行われています。\n
 ほとんどの場合はこれで問題ないのですが、時には直
 接集まってオフラインで共同開発を行うことが、開発
 を大きく前に進めるために有効なことがあります。\n
 この特定のプロジェクトに興味がある開発者同士がオ
 フラインで集まって、短時間で素早く進捗を出す開発
 ミートアップを実現するために、スプリントやハッカ
 ソンと呼ばれる方法が生まれました（Pythonコミュニテ
 ィ以外では、このようなミートアップはよくハッカソ
 ンと呼ばれています）。\nそして、開発者が一同に集
 まるカンファレンスは、このスプリントを実現するの
 に最適な場であるため、カンファレンスの一部として
 スプリントが開かれることがよくあります。\nPyCon JP 20
 24では、スプリントを行うにあたって必要な環境（Wi-Fi
 \, 電源、テーブル、椅子等）を用意いたします。\nス
 プリント参加者の皆さんには、ご自分のPC、スキル、
 そして開発への情熱を会場に持ってきていただければ
 と思います！\nまた、今回のスプリントではPythonコミ
 ュニティの活動も行うことができます。\nオフライン
 でのコミュニティ活動に、今回の機会をぜひご利用く
 ださい！\nスプリントリーダーとは？\nスプリントリー
 ダーは、スプリントで扱うプロジェクトを決めて、ス
 プリントの中で開発の案内や相談への対応をする人の
 ことです。\nリーダーは、開発を進めるプロジェクト
 のメンテナである必要はありません。\nリーダーは、
 自分が開発を進めたいと思う特定のプロジェクトを選
 んでいただき、スプリント内で達成したいゴールを設
 定いただくだけで構いません。\n他のスプリント参加
 者が選んだプロジェクトに参加してみたい場合には、
 スプリントリーダーの皆さんには、まず参加者の皆さ
 んへ選んだプロジェクトの紹介や開発の進め方の案内
 を行っていただき、開発中は適宜開発の手助けを行っ
 ていただければと思います。\nこのスプリントリーダ
 ーの仕組みは、完全に非公式なものなので、参加者の
 皆さんが実際に開発を行うプロジェクトはどのような
 ものでも構いません。\nスプリントリーダーとして参
 加したいという場合は、connpassページからの申込時に
 スプリントリーダーとして登録をお願いいたします。\
 nその際にアンケートに回答してスプリントで取り組み
 たいテーマをconnpassアンケートで提出してください。\n
 フォームへの回答は日本語または英語でお願いします
 。\nスプリント参加者が閲覧できるように、応募され

 g sprints at PyCon JP 2024.\nThe sprints will be held on Sunday\, Septemb
 er 29th at HENNGE K.K. (10 minutes' walk from Shibuya Station).  \nPlease
  come to the 4th floor by elevator.\nYou need to purchase a PyCon JP 2024

  development happens on the web and developers usually communicate only o
 nline when working on projects.\nThis usually works out fine\, but the la
 ck of in-person meetings can sometimes be a limiting factor in making goo
 d progress.\nFor this reason\, a form of impromptu coding meetups called 
 “sprints” or “hackathons” (outside the Python community\, the ter
 m “hackathon” is more common) were initiated\, where developers inter
 ested in a project can get together in person for a short period of time 
 to make quick progress.\nSince conferences provide the perfect place to m
 eet\, sprints are made part of the conference program.\nPyCon JP 2024 wil
 l provide the space and infrastructure\, such as Wi-Fi\, power\, tables\,
  chairs\; you bring your skills\, humanity\, brainpower and computer.\nTh
 is sprint will also be a great opportunity for the Python community to ge
 t involved.\nWe hope you'll take advantage of this opportunity for some o
 ffline community activity!\nWhat is a sprint leader?\nA sprint leader is 
 the person who is informally in charge of a specific project at the sprin
 t.\nThey do not have to be the maintainer of the project.\nAs a sprint le
 ader\, you should pick a specific project you want to work on and having 
 some specific goals you wish to achieve at the sprint can be helpful.\nOt
 hers might want to join your sprint\, so please help them getting started
  in the project.\nThe sprint leader system is very informal and you can w
 ork on any project you want\, whether it has a leader or not.\nIf you wan
 t to be a sprint leader\, please indicate so on the connpass event page.\
