 い方を固めます。\nプロボーザル募集などの方針を決
 めます。\n予算案を作ります。\nキーノート、招待講演
 、チュートリアルなどの依頼を行います。\n行政機関
 への後援等の依頼を検討します。\n主催メンバーキッ
 クオフを行います。\n\n参加する人\n\n主催メンバー\n主
 催メンバーでない人は見学者枠でご参加ください。状
 況によっては参加や発言をご遠慮いただく場合がある
 のでご了承ください。\nチームやタスクごとの作業日
 や話し合いのご要望はSlackで伺います。\n日本語と英語
 のどちらでも参加や発言を歓迎します。この Zoom ミー
 ティングでは翻訳字幕の機能が使えます。\n\n主催メン

 P 2025 will be held on September 26-27\, 2025\, at the Hiroshima Internat
 ional Conference Center.\nLinks\n\nPyCon JP 2025\nChairperson's Daily Rep
 ort\n\nContent\nWe will reconfirm our concept and what we want to accompl
 ish.\nThen\, we will carry out the following March action items:\n\nFinal
 ize the schedule and venue usage plan.\nDetermine policies for proposal s
 ubmissions.\nCreate a budget proposal.\nSend invitations for keynotes\, i
 nvited talks\, and tutorials.\nConsider requesting sponsorship from gover
 nment agencies.\nHold a kickoff meeting for organizing members.\n\nPartic
 ipants\n\nOrganizing members\nNon-organizing members can participate as o
 bservers. Please understand that depending on the situation\, you may be 
 asked to refrain from participating or speaking.\nRequests for working da
 ys or discussions for specific teams or tasks will be received via Slack.
