 es learning visible\, engaging\, and actionable.\n\nInstead of treating s
kills as long spreadsheets or annual assessments\, Skillforests visualize
s growth as a living tree that evolves with you and your goals.\n\nThis w
orkshop is an opportunity to experience the Skillforests concept firsthan
d and help shape its future through your feedback.\n\n⸻\n\nWe look forw
ard to learning and growing together.\n\nFacilitators\n\nJuliusz Fedyk\n\
n\n\nJuliusz Fedyk is the founder of Skillforests and an engineering lead
er with over 15 years of experience building digital products\, leading e
ngineering teams\, and developing people.\n\nThroughout his career\, Juli
usz has worked across software engineering\, product development\, and in
novation\, including leadership roles at Peatix and the Accenture Innovat
ion Centre (Fjord). He is passionate about creating products that solve r
eal human problems through technology\, design thinking\, and user-center
ed innovation.\n\nWhile leading and coaching engineering teams\, Juliusz
noticed that traditional competency matrices and skill assessments rarely
motivated people or reflected how they actually learned. Inspired by the
se finding he developed a gamified competency management system for his o
 wn team\, which became Skillforests—a visual\, tree-based approach that
  makes skill development engaging\, intuitive\, and actionable.\n\n\n\n
⸻\n\nStefan Nuesperling\n\n\n\nStefan Nüsperling is the founder of NuW
orks and the co-founder of Skillforests. He is an organizational developm
ent facilitator and trainer with more than 15 years of experience in Agil
 e leadership\, Change Management\, Learning & Development\, and Managemen
 t 3.0.\n\nHaving worked with multinational organizations across Japan\, S
outh Korea\, and Germany\, Stefan specializes in helping teams and leader
s navigate organizational change\, cultural diversity\, and continuous le
arning. Over the course of his career\, he has facilitated workshops and
training programs for thousands of participants\, from engineers and team
leaders to senior executives.\n\nAs Japan’s first licensed Management
3.0 Facilitator\, Stefan is passionate about creating workplaces where pe
ople can grow\, collaborate\, and adapt successfully to change. As co-fou
nder of Skillforests\, he brings extensive experience in facilitation and
organizational transformation to help turn the vision of visible\, engag
ing skill development into practical workshops and products.\n\nHe believ
es that sustainable business success emerges when organizations create va
lue for employees\, customers\, and society alike—a philosophy closely
aligned with the Japanese concept of Sanpo-Yoshi (benefit for all).\n\n
