発表者の方へ

発表者もチケット購入が必要です。

万が一、チケットが売り切れている場合は、スピーカーにチケットを購入していただく手段を別途用意します。

ただし、発表者割引はありません。

決済について

特別な事由がない限り、原則として PayPal (クレジットカード) による決済をお願いしております。クレジットカードをお持ちでない場合は、下記をお試しください。

例:

• プリペイドVISA (Vプリカ、Kyashなど) を利用
• 知人に依頼して代理決済

上記試した上で、なお決済手段がない方に限り個別対応となります。お問い合わせについては下記「お問い合わせについて」をご参照の上ご連絡ください。

決済時注意事項

過去に決済処理によるエラーで参加登録がされない事象がありました。エラー発生の場合は二重登録せず、下記「お問い合わせについて」をご参照の上ご連絡ください。

領収書に関して

Business、Patronチケットを購入された方に限り、様式の指定があれば別途個別にご対応致します。 その場合は下記「お問い合わせについて」をご参照の上ご連絡ください。(*1)。

それ以外の方についてはconnpassより発行される領収データに代えさせて頂きます。

(*1)ご対応は早くても1週間程度、開催1か月前はそれ以上を要する見込みです。早めのご連絡をお願い致します。

チケット譲渡について

キャンセルされた場合、参加費用の払い戻しは出来ません。 お勧めはキャンセル操作をせずに、ご自身でconnpass受付票を参加希望者に渡し権利を譲ってください｡ PyCon JP はチケットの譲渡について関与しません。

返金ポリシー

行動規範規定

反社会勢力排除に関する同意事項について

反社会的勢力：暴力団、暴力団員、暴力団準構成員、暴力団関係企業、総会屋等、社会運動等標ぼうゴロ及び特殊知能暴力集団等を指します。 発表者、参加者及び申込みを行う会社・団体は、反社会的勢力ではなく、反社会勢力と一切関係を持たないことを約束頂きます。

お問い合わせについて

• 2024-inquiry[ at ]pyconjp . atlassian . net までメールでお問い合わせください。ボランティアによる運営ですので、回答は数日から1週間程度を要します。何卒お待ちくださいますようお願い申し上げます。
• connpassの イベント管理者への問い合わせ 機能を使用した場合はメール回答に使用するシステム上の制限により、回答が更に遅れることがあります。

This page is to register for the PyCon JP 2024 Conference.

The main conference days for PyCon JP 2024 are Friday, September 27th and Saturday, September 28th 2024. To attend the conference, a ticket is required.

Venue

PyCon JP 2024 will be held on the fourth and twentieth floor of the TOC Ariake Convention Hall in Odaiba, Tokyo.

Address: 3-5-7 Ariake, Koto-ku, Tokyo, Japan.

Dates and Times

Main Conference: Friday, September 27th and Saturday, September 28th 2024

Tickets

Please note that tickets are required for all attendees, including speakers.

Should tickets sell out, we will add additional tickets for speakers as necessary. There is no discount for speakers.

Who does not require a ticket?

Sponsors get a number of tickets based on their sponsorship level, so please coordinate with your company with regards to sponsor tickets.

PyCon JP 2024 volunteer tickets will be handled on a different page.

Ticket Types Explanation

Patron

• For attendees that want to support PyCon JP 2024 on an individual basis. Your support is greatly appreciated.

Business

• For attendees that get their ticket bought by or reimbursed by their employer.

Early Bird/Personal

• For general attendees

U25

• For general attendees under 25 years of age on September 27th, 2024.
• Please bring a form of ID with your date of birth on it on the conference day.

Student

• For attendees that are students.
• Please bring your student ID on the conference day.

All tickets include the following:

• Entry to the conference
• Lunch on both conference days
• PyCon JP T-Shirt and goodies
• Party ticket

Ticket prices include taxes.

Payment options

Payment should be made with PayPal. If you cannot use PayPal, we request you to ask for help from a friend.

If it is absolutely necessary, we may be able to provide alternative payment options on a case-by-case basis. Please see the “Contact Us” section below.

Regarding Payment Issues

In the past, there have been cases where attendees had trouble registering for the conference due to errors happening during the payment process. If an error does occur, please do not register twice but instead contact us at the email address in the “Contact Us” section.

Receipts

Patron and Business ticket holders can request a separate receipt by contacting us at the email address in the “Contact Us” section. Since this is a manual process, please provide for ample time for us to fulfill your request and contact us early.

All other attendees can get a receipt from connpass.

Refund Policy

All tickets are non-refundable.

Transferring Tickets

Tickets are non-refundable. If you purchase a ticket but are unable to attend, we recommend you give your ticket to someone you know that wants to attend.

Party

We will hold a party in the evening of the first conference day (Friday 27th) at the conference venue.

Attending PyCon JP 2024

All PyCon JP 2024 attendees, including speakers, sponsors and volunteers, must abid by our Code of Conduct. Please read it before registering for the conference.

Anti-Social Forces Exclusion Agreement

Attendance by Anti-Social Forces (a Japanese legal term referring to certain types of organized crime groups and people affiliated with them) is forbidden. By purchasing a ticket you self-certify that you are not part of an Anti-Social Force and have no relationship with any group or person defined as an Anti-Social Force by the Japanese Government.
