"Organization Building in the AI Era - Perspectives in team building, implementing and research in AI teams"

Summary

The "Third Industrial Revolution" was brought about through the digitalization of business and industry - right now we are seeing the beginnings of the Fourth, namely a new wave of disruption brought about by AI.

This wave is likely to continue for the next 30 years - with some commentators even stating that most work done by humans will be replaced by the end of the period. Competition from AI engineers has become extremely fierce throughout the world due to this.

With this in mind, this seminar approaches the issue of team building with AI engineers from multiple angles - what skills should be expected from AI engineers, what do AI engineers demand from their projects and work, how team building should be done, examples of cutting edge AI research, technical applications and implementations in business etc.

『AI時代、エンジニアに求められること＆組織とは？〜先端研究、実装、組織づくりの実情から探る〜 』

あらすじ

今、インターネットを中心とした第３次産業革命から、AIを中心とした第４時産業革命へと、時代が大きくシフトしてきています。この波は今後30年は続くとされ、30年後には人間の仕事のほとんどはAIで完結できる可能性があると言われるほどです。そうした環境下、AIエンジニアは、世界中でこれまでにないほどに強く求められています。 今回は、そのAIエンジニアに求められるスキルや組織づくりを、AI研究の先端、ビジネスでの実装、組織づくりなど多方面から探っていきます。
