楽天ビューティーアプリは、ヘア、ネイル、リラクゼーション、エステサロンの予約ができる急成長中のアプリであり、楽天のエコシステムを利用して、予約をすることでポイントを貯めたり、ポイントを利用したりすることができます。
楽天アプリチームは、日本、フィリピン、中国、インドの優秀な人材で構成されたグローバルチームで構成されており、エンジニア、BU、CWDメンバーの間でブレインストーミングも定期的に行いよりよいサービスを作りだしています。
Work style
コロナウイルスの影響で、グループミーティングではZOOMを使用し、何気ない会話をしたり、飲み会をもオンラインで行っています。

楽天トラベルでのモバイルアプリ開発について
シリコンバレーのスタートアップで働いた後、いつか日本に戻って西洋のやり方を日本に持ち込みたいという希望を叶えるために8ヶ月前に楽天トラベルに入社をしました。
楽天トラベルでは、iOSとAndroidユーザーのために楽しいユーザー体験をしてもらうためのものを開発するための方法を模索しています。
私たちは、AltSwiftUIやComposeUIなどの独自のUIフレームワークを開発し、UIコンポーネントの強固な基盤を構築してきました。
さらに、楽天社員や一般の方にも使って頂きたくフレームワークをオープンソース化しています。
今回はそれらの紹介やチームについて話をしたいと思います。

It's been two years since I joined Rakuma, and I'd like to tell you about the challenges I and my team have faced so far, and what has led to my career advancement.

Rakuten Beauty App is a fast growing app for making hair, nail, relax & Esthe salons reservations.
With Rakuten’s ecosystem ,you can make use of points & earn points by making reservations.
Rakuten App Team is a global team with smart people from Japan, Philippines, China & India.
We do have brainstorming sessions among Engineers, BU & CWD members. Everyone’s input is highly appreciated.
Work Style
With the pandemic in place, we have lot of fun activities, casual talks on zoom during our group meetings.
We do have drinking parties outside the office, now just via zoom. There’s lot of things to try in the new Normal.

Mobile App Development at Rakuten Travel
I joined Rakuten Travel 8 months ago from working a startups in the Silicon valley. I always wanted to return to Japan and bring the western culture to Japan. Rakuten Travel have given me opportunity to excel in these areas. At Travel, we are looking to innovative ways to develop delightful user experience for our iOS and Android users. We have developed our own UI frameworks such as AltSwiftUI and ComposeUI to build a strong foundation for our UI components. Furthermore, we have open sourced our frameworks for Rakuten and public to use and contribute. Looking forward to answering any questions and getting to know each other!
