あらゆるモノやサービスがつながり、「幸せの量産」の実現を目指す、トヨタのヒト中心の実証都市「Woven City」。多様性あふれるWoven Cityを目指すため、働く場でのDiversityも大切にしています。今回は、Woven CityにおけるDiversityの重要性や、Woven Cityの開発に携わる女性社員の働き方や活躍をテーマにイベントを実施いたします。

パネルディスカッションや懇親会等のセッションを通して、ご自身のワークライフバランスを考慮したキャリアプラン形成に役立てていただけますと幸いです。

マイケル・パドン

Director　City OS Platform　City Platform
シティソフトウェアプラットフォームの責任者として、Woven Cityのデジタルの核心部の構築に携わる。キャリアを積み上げる上で、セキュリティ（暗号化含む）、オープンソース、機械学習を大切にしている。Woven Cityを担当する前は、Google Chromeにて、アーキテクチャ、ローディング、ナビゲーション、ネットワーキングのチームを率いた。メルボルン大学でコンピュータサイエンスの理学士号、インペリアル・カレッジ・ロンドンで投資とリスクを専門とするMBA、ロンドン大学で情報セキュリティの修士号を取得。40以上の特許を持ち、25つほどの論文を発表している。

サブリナ・リー

UX Research Manager　Woven City
人間とロボットのインタラクションを専門とするUXリサーチャー。 自動運転車、ADAS、AI/IoTサービス、製品開発に関する複数の研究プロジェクトを主導してきた。心理学学士、インダストリアルデザイン修士 。

ダリヤ・バジェニナ

Machine Learning Engineer 　Behavior AI
機械学習エンジニアとして、Woven Cityの研究開発に携わる。音声認識、行動モデリング、動画情報理解を専門とする。コンピュータサイエンスで博士号を取得。勉強会のリーダーとしてWomenWhoCode Tokyoのボランティアにも参加している。

織間梓

Partner Relations　Area Management　PMO　Woven City
社外の多様なパートナー企業との協業を通じて、Woven Cityの実証店舗や公共空間から新しい価値や顧客体験を提案することを目指す。Apple、ブルーカレント、ウォルト・ディズニー・カンパニーの日本法人にて、市場開発、マーケティングPR、パートナーシップの経験を持つ。京都芸術大学大学院 学際デザイン研究領域におけるMFA取得。

石原彩

Assistant Manager　Compensation　Benefits and Operations
ウーブン・プラネットの日本本社における報酬・福利厚生を担当。確定申告セミナーや育児休暇の新規導入、Modern HealthやCarrotなどのグローバルでのベネフィットプログラムの導入も担当。以前はコンサルティング会社で人事コンサルタントとして、M&Aや報酬制度の設計、人事ポリシーや福利厚生の導入に携わった。

“Woven City" is a test course for mobility to realize our dream of creating well-being for all by connecting all kinds of goods and services. In order to provide inclusive mobility for all at Woven City, we also place importance on diversity in the workplace. This event will focus on the importance of diversity of Woven City and the stories of successful women involved in the development of Woven City.

We hope that the panel discussion, networking time, and other sessions will help you formulate a career plan that takes into account your own work-life balance.

Daisuke Toyoda

He is the Senior Vice President of Woven Planet Holdings, and Head of Woven City Management.

Sinead Kaiya

She is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Woven Planet Holdings.

Michael Paddon

Director, City OS Platform, City Platform
As the head of City Software Platform, Michael has been building the digital heart of Woven City. His career has focused on security (including encryption), open source, and machine learning. Prior to joining Woven City, Michael led the architecture, loading, navigation, and networking teams at Google Chrome. He holds a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Melbourne, an MBA specializing in Investment and Risk from Imperial College London, and a MSc in Information Security from the University of London. He is the inventor of over 40 patent families and has published around 25 papers.

Sabrina Lee

UX Research Manager, Woven City
A UX Researcher specializing in human-robot interaction, Sabrina has led multiple research projects on automated driving cars, ADAS, AI/IoT services and product development. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology as well as a Master's degree in Industrial Design.

Daria Vazhenina

Machine Learning Engineer, Behavior AI
As a Machine Learning Engineer, Daria works at Woven City R&D. Her fields of interest include speech recognition, behavior modeling, and video understanding. She holds a Ph.D. in Computer science. In her free time, she volunteers as a Lead of a study group at WomenWhoCode Tokyo.

Azusa Orima

Partner Relations, Area Management, PMO, Woven City
Through collaboration with a diverse set of external partners, Azusa strives to bring new value and optimize customer experience through the use of pop-up stores and public spaces in Woven City. She has rich experience in market development, marketing/PR as well as partnerships with the Japan entity of global companies like Apple, BlueCurrent and The Walt Disney Company. She holds an MFA in Interdisciplinary Design Studies Field from Kyoto University of the Art.

Aya Ishihara

Assistant Manager, Compensation, Benefits and Operations
In charge of the Compensation & Benefits program for Japan, examples of new initiatives Aya implemented include: tax return seminars, parental leave programs, and global benefit programs like Modern Health and Carrot. Prior to working at Woven Planet, she worked as an HR consultant for a consulting firm where she was actively involved in M&As, designing compensation programs, and implementing HR policies and benefits.
