Adobe Signはすでに中国で利用停止、DocuSignやHelloSignもデータ移転規制の対象となっています。署名プラットフォームに制限がかかれば、統合は停止し、承認は滞り、契約の有効性は失われます。
Adobe Sign is already suspended in China, and DocuSign and HelloSign face data transfer restrictions. Once these platforms are limited, integration halts, approvals stall, and enforceability is lost.
これらは未来のリスクではなく、すでに発生している現実です。契約はデジタル化され、ログや承認フローが組み込まれていなければ、必ずどこかで破綻します。
These are not future risks but ongoing realities. Contracts must be digital with built-in logs and approvals, or they will collapse.
