The India × Japan DeepTech & AI Venture Challenge 2026 is a one-day startup pitch competition in Tokyo for founders building in DeepTech and AI. 15 founders will be selected to pitch at Demo Day on July 23, 2026, in front of VCs, strategic partners, and the WEBMOB engineering team.

Who should apply: Pre-seed, Seed, or early Series A founders based in or building for Japan. Sectors: Healthcare AI, BioTech, Robotics, Enterprise AI, Industrial AI, Climate Tech, FinTech, EdTech, MedTech. Bilingual (English + Japanese) preferred.
Why this is different: Japan faces a shortage of up to 800,000 engineers by 2030. Most accelerators give feedback or intros — this one gives you a build team.
