それから3月のアクションアイテム(下記)を行います。

• 時間と会場の使い方を固めます。
• プロボーザル募集などの方針を決めます。
• 予算案を作ります。
• キーノート、招待講演、チュートリアルなどの依頼を行います。
• 行政機関への後援等の依頼を検討します。
• 主催メンバーキックオフを行います。

参加する人

• 主催メンバー
• 主催メンバーでない人は見学者枠でご参加ください。状況によっては参加や発言をご遠慮いただく場合があるのでご了承ください。
• チームやタスクごとの作業日や話し合いのご要望はSlackで伺います。
• 日本語と英語のどちらでも参加や発言を歓迎します。この Zoom ミーティングでは翻訳字幕の機能が使えます。

主催メンバーになるには

1. 申込フォーム から登録する
2. 届いたメールに従い Slack に参加する
3. PyCon JP 2025 主催メンバー研修会資料を読み、「理解度確認クイズ」の答えを Slack nishimotz に DM で送信する。

About PyCon JP 2025

PyCon JP 2025 will be held on September 26-27, 2025, at the Hiroshima International Conference Center.

Content

We will reconfirm our concept and what we want to accomplish.

Then, we will carry out the following March action items:

• Finalize the schedule and venue usage plan.
• Determine policies for proposal submissions.
• Create a budget proposal.
• Send invitations for keynotes, invited talks, and tutorials.
• Consider requesting sponsorship from government agencies.
• Hold a kickoff meeting for organizing members.

• Organizing members
• Non-organizing members can participate as observers. Please understand that depending on the situation, you may be asked to refrain from participating or speaking.
• Requests for working days or discussions for specific teams or tasks will be received via Slack.
• Participation and comments are welcome in both Japanese and English. Translation captioning is available in this Zoom meeting.

How to become an organizing member

1. Register through the application form
2. Join Slack following the instructions in the email you receive
3. Read the PyCon JP 2025 Organizing Member Training Materials and send your answers to the "Understanding Confirmation Quiz" to nishimotz via DM on Slack.
