From Goals to Growth: Create Your Learning Journey with Skillforests

イベント内容

🌳 Skillforests Workshop

Design Your Personal Skill Growth Tree

What is this workshop?

Most people know what they want to achieve, but struggle to answer an important question:

“What skills should I develop next?”

In this interactive workshop, you will create your own Skill Tree—a visual map that helps you identify where you are today, where you want to go, and which skills will help you get there.

Rather than leaving with another checklist or action plan, you’ll leave with a clear and motivating picture of your personal growth journey.

What you will do

During this 90-minute hands-on workshop, you will:

  • Reflect on your personal or professional goal
  • Identify the key skills needed to reach that goal
  • Organize those skills into your own visual Skill Tree
  • Exchange ideas and receive feedback from other participants
  • Leave with a practical roadmap for your future learning

No preparation is required.

What you will take home

By the end of the session, you will have:

  • A Skilltree for one of your key competencies
  • An introduction to the ideas behind Skillforests
  • A clearer understanding of your next learning priorities
  • A simple framework you can continue developing after the workshop

Who should join?

This workshop is for anyone who wants to grow intentionally, including:

  • Professionals planning their career
  • Engineers and technical specialists
  • Team leaders
  • Managers
  • Anyone interested in continuous learning and personal development

No prior knowledge of skill development is required.

About Skillforests

Skillforests is a new approach to skill development that makes learning visible, engaging, and actionable.

Instead of treating skills as long spreadsheets or annual assessments, Skillforests visualizes growth as a living tree that evolves with you and your goals.

This workshop is an opportunity to experience the Skillforests concept firsthand and help shape its future through your feedback.

We look forward to learning and growing together.

Facilitators

Juliusz Fedyk

Juliusz Fedyk is the founder of Skillforests and an engineering leader with over 15 years of experience building digital products, leading engineering teams, and developing people.

Throughout his career, Juliusz has worked across software engineering, product development, and innovation, including leadership roles at Peatix and the Accenture Innovation Centre (Fjord). He is passionate about creating products that solve real human problems through technology, design thinking, and user-centered innovation.

While leading and coaching engineering teams, Juliusz noticed that traditional competency matrices and skill assessments rarely motivated people or reflected how they actually learned. Inspired by these finding he developed a gamified competency management system for his own team, which became Skillforests—a visual, tree-based approach that makes skill development engaging, intuitive, and actionable.

Stefan Nuesperling

Stefan Nüsperling is the founder of NuWorks and the co-founder of Skillforests. He is an organizational development facilitator and trainer with more than 15 years of experience in Agile leadership, Change Management, Learning & Development, and Management 3.0.

Over the course of his career, he has facilitated workshops and training programs for thousands of participants, from engineers and team leaders to senior executives.

As Japan’s first licensed Management 3.0 Facilitator, Stefan is passionate about creating workplaces where people can grow, collaborate, and adapt successfully to change. As co-founder of Skillforests, he brings extensive experience in facilitation and organizational transformation to help turn the vision of visible, engaging skill development into practical workshops and products.

He believes that sustainable business success emerges when organizations create value for employees, customers, and society alike—a philosophy closely aligned with the Japanese concept of Sanpo-Yoshi (benefit for all).
