What makes someone the kind of senior engineer you really want on your team? In this talk, Hiroshi Nakamura, CTO and VP of Engineering at Treasure AI, will share the qualities he values in senior engineers today—not just technical depth, but also curiosity, ownership, good judgment, and the ability to work well with others. Drawing on his experience leading engineering at a company building enterprise data and AI products, Hiroshi will talk about the mindset and working style that help engineers make a meaningful impact in a fast-moving environment.
