     作るアイデアを選定する(gitlabとの連携機能 といった粒度)​
      → 付箋記載(アイデアレベル)・優先度設定・画面イメージ検討​

     作り方を決める(〇〇を表示する表を作る といった粒度)​
      → 付箋記載(タスクレベル)・POC(主にベースの部分)​

  • 15:00-17:00 2h 会議室​
     飯前開発 他の機能に共通するベースの部分完成   α版公開​

  • 17:00-20:00 3h 晩御飯 風呂​

  • 20:00-24:00 4h 会議室​
     飯後開発 機能が成り立つまで完成    β版公開​

     翌朝開発 改善して出せるレベルに仕上げ GA​​

About Lamactson

Lamact is a website developer team that develops website, application and many more.
When you participate in the activities of Lamactson, we will have small projects that will take up to 2 days, starting from planning up until the releasing.
Lamactson event happens every year.


We are using the framework of JavaScript called React-native to develop the application.
Aside from that, we are also using Amplify for setting up backend automatically.
To manage the team development, we use gitlab.

Schedule for the event:


  • 8:30-9:00
    Meeting point.

  • 9:00-11:00 ( duration-3hrs ) 
    Deciding what we will make.
    On the bus everyone comes up with their individual ideas.
    (ex. Display valuable information)
    1. We'll make a small note paper available for use.( jot your ideas here)
    2. Decide on the most relevant ideas.( expand on the idea you've agreed on)
    3. Choose a suitable display.

  • 12:00-13:00 ( duration-1hr )
    lunch break

  • 13:00-15:00 ( duration-2hrs )
    Arrival at the conference hall.
    Deciding on how to develop the website.
    Come to a final decision about what should be the outcome.
    (ex. Make the table show some data)
    1. We'll make a small note paper available for use.( jot your ideas about what tasks there)
    2. POC ( proof of concept ) . Checking the possibilities of achieving the task
    3. Dividing the task into smaller parts among ourselves

  • 15:00-17:00 ( duration-2hrs ) 
    Start of the development & the release of version α.

  • 17:00-20:00 ( duration-3hrs )

  • 20:00-24:00 ( duration-4hrs )
    Development of version β.
    In between the developments (1 hr each) we will organize short meetings.
    In the meeting , we will talk about the marge requests.

    Next day activity :
    Improving the program into what we want to use.
    Releasing GA(General Availability) version.
    Finishing the development.

    Sight seeing at Nikko Toshogu. (well-known "power spot")
    Reconsideration and Retrospective method KPT(Keep Problem Try).

We do many activities everyday and make a diary to recollect those activities, this maybe time consuming, so we use Everyday Automation.
This records your tweets, purchases and body weight. It'll also make article automatically.

It's also good at analyzing. It can create graphs and charts to show the progress of trends of activities.
