VR Challenge Musical Special Viewing Partyを開催！

今回のVR Challengeは音楽をテーマに、OpenSound Contorl (電子楽器で使用される通信するための規格)のデータ送受信をVRヘッドセットでの使用に関するショートトークを行います！

スペシャルゲストとして、re:Naissance OperaのNeel Nairが、チーム初のバーチャルリアリティ・オペラのプロトタイプである「Orpheus VR」を紹介します。このプロダクションを可能にしたツール、プロセス、デザインの舞台裏に迫ります。

また、ミュージシャンを招待し、音楽に関連したVRテクノロジーのディスカッションを行います。

さらに、音楽に関係したゲーム等を実際に体験していただけます！ エンジニアカフェではQuest2ヘッドセットを用意しています！ VRを体験したい方や新しいVRテクノロジーを知りたい方など、ぜひお気軽にご参加ください！

VR Challenge Musical Special Viewing Party

This VR Challenge Musical Special Viewing Party will be music-themed.

Aaron will give a short talk on using OpenSound Control data transmission, a communication standard used in electronic musical instruments, and use in VR headsets!

Also, join special guest Neel Nair from re:Naissance Opera as he introduces ‘Orpheus VR’, the team’s first Virtual Reality opera prototype. Get a behind the scenes look at the tools, processes and design that made this production possible.

Musicians will also be invited to discuss VR technology in relation to music!

Furthermore, you can actually experience music-related games and more! We'll have Quest2 headsets at the Engineer Café! If you want to experience VR or learn about new VR technologies, please feel free to join us!
