Git Good is an event for beginners who want to learn about version control, git and how to use it.

What is git?

Git is a tool for version control. It allows multiple people to work on the same project easily and provides workflows for combining different people's changes. It is used by many software companies and is the industry standard.

Who is the event for?

This event is for people who have never used git before, or people who have tried it once or twice but couldn't quite get the hang of it. If you use git everyday at work then this event will probably be too simple for you!
