Join us in a 5-week program integrating different yoga techniques to enhance flexibility and strengthen your muscles. Each week focuses on varying body parts; learn how to practice yoga postures in a consciously different way, utilizing body weight to improve balance and core strength, harnessing your breath with long holds to release tightness and lubricate fascial tissues in order to improve range of motion.
No prior experience or flexibility needed. Come with an open mind, a desire to connect with yourself, and share the energy with others!
Wk 1, 29th Jun : Releasing Neck & feeling freedom in your Shoulder
Wk 2, 6th Jul : Strengthening Wrists & engaging Arms
Wk 3, 13th Jul : Lengthening with Hip openers and twist
Wk 4, 20th Jul : Building your core & stretching your Back
Wk 5, 27th Jul : Hamstrings& quads, knees & feet, balancing in motion
Time: 10-11am or 7-8pm (pls indicate your preference)
Single drop-in class: $22 per class
Full program (5 classes @ $18 per class) : $90

If the program is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances by the organiser, a full refund will be provided to confirmed participants.
No refunds will be given for cancellation by participants starting 1 Jun 2015.
The refunds are subject to a 20% processing fee that will be deducted from participants' refund.
