Ember Data elicits strong reactions. Some love it, others say it's too complicated. Despite the difficulty of getting in to it, there are some things that make it great to use. For instance,

• API calls
• relation
• serialize/deserialize

The more complex your application, the more difficult it becomes to manage these things yourself.

To give you a better idea how you can use Ember Data yourself, I'll talk about how I'm normally using Ember Data in my applications.

I'm a developer who loves JavaScript and Ruby. Recently, Ember.js has been a source of delight and sorrow for me. My favourite Ember.js method is Array#invoke().
