リモートワークでどのように開発業務をしているのか、メンバーとどのようにコミュニケーションをとっているのかを大公開します。

仙台ー東京のリモートワークがコロナ前後で変わったこと・変わらなかったこと
仙台支社で楽天市場の開発を担当しておりますGuyと申します。
私達は、元々仙台ー東京間でリモート開発でした。
このためリモートワークにはノウハウがあり、WFHになってもあまり困らなかったのですが、それでも色々変化はありました。
今回はサービスや開発スタイルのご紹介とともに、仕事上変わったこと・変わらなかったことについてお話したいと思います。

WFH style in Golf API Group
オフィスワークと在宅ワークを比較して、徐々にアウトプットを重視した働き方へと意識を変えました。
そのためにコミュニケーション方法や 1 on 1、スプリント、レトロスペクティブなどのスタイルを変え、メンバーの生産性を可視化し、タイムリーにフィードバックができるようになりました。その過程について紹介します。

About working remotely from Sendai to Tokyo before and after Corona
My name is Guy and I am in charge of Rakuten ichiba at the Sendai office.
We were originally developed remotely between Sendai and Tokyo.
Because of this, I had the expertise to work remotely and didn't have much trouble when we work form home, but there were a lot of changes.

Compared office work and home work, we gradually changes our mind to output based working style, in order to do that, we changed style of communication, sprint, retrospectives and 1on1, as result we can visualize every members productivity and give timely feedback.

For attending "GoTo Travel Campaign", we needed to implment some new features to Rakuten Travel.
It was very tough development because even the schedule was very tight, the requirements weren't fixed.
Let me share how did we success such difficult work under work from home.
