『LEAN UX』の邦訳版が2014年1月に発売されて以降、国内でもLean UXに対する注目度が高まり、これまでに数多くのワークショップや勉強会が開催されてきました。今回その『LEAN UX』の著者であるNeo Innovation, Inc. のJeff Gothelf氏が日本で初めてワークショップを開催します。Lean UXとは何なのか、またLean UXを実践するために必要なマインドセットについて、複数のハンズオンを通してJeff本人がレクチャーします。

今回のワークショップを通して学べること：

・チームで前提を共有し、共通の出発点を持つ方法

・前提を評価するための仮説ステートメント作成

・プロダクトの開発、デザインにおける無駄を最小限にする

・難しいデザインの課題をチームでコラボレーションし解決する

・アジャイル開発環境で成功できるようにチームをセットアップする

このワークショップはデザイナーだけを対象にしているわけではありません。Lean UXの実践のためには、エンジニアやプロジェクトマネージャーなどもデザインプロセスに関与し、チーム全体でコラボレーションしていくことが非常に大切となります。ぜひチーム全員で参加してください。（※5名以上で申し込まれる場合にはグループ割引があります。）

Since the release of the Japanese translation of the book Lean UX in January of this year, it has been attracting a great deal of attention in Japan and many workshops and study groups have been held domestically.

Now the author, Jeff Gothelf of Neo Innovation, Inc., is coming to hold his first workshop in Japan. Learn what Lean UX is and the necessary mindset needed to put the principles into practice through a lectures and hands-on exercises with Jeff himself.

What you can learn from this workshop:

Building a shared understanding of project goals, constraints and assumptions as well as finding your starting point as a team

Writing a hypothesis statement in order to evaluate the veracity of your product assumptions

Minimizing unnecessary product development and design (Minimum Viable Product)

Solving difficult product design issues through team collaboration

Setting up a team to succeed in an agile development environment

This workshop is not only targeted for designers. In order to put Lean UX principles into practice, it is essential to have the collaboration of all members of the product development process, such as engineers and product managers.
