・Pocket初のUXリサーチャーとしてチームの立ち上げを行い、シニアユーザエクスペリエンスリサーチャーを務める。
・他社にてUXリサーチ体制をゼロから構築し、プロダクト開発プロセスにUXリサーチを組み込む指導も行う。

Gloria Kim is the Senior User Experience Researcher who has been the foundational UXR at Blurb, Axios, and now at Pocket, a subsidiary of Mozilla Corp. She has worked with startups and corporations in NYC, SF in the US, and Berlin, Germany. She has experience building UXR practices from scratch and has advised startups on incorporating UXR into their product development process.
