How to Enter / 入場方法

Please enter at the reception at the 1st floor and take the designated elevator to the venue floor.
ビル1階のエントランスに受付がありますので、受付を通っていただき所定のエレベーターで会場フロアまでお越しください。 申し込みの際に発行された受付番号を用いて受付をしますので、受付時にご自身の番号を確認できるように準備をお願いいたします。

Rakuten Group Office Admission Rules / 入館時のルール

For entering Rakuten group office, please be make sure that you agree our rules. Please read carefully and agree with your attendance registration. Thank you for your understanding.

1. Prohibited to leak confidential information which you could know, to 3rd person or reuse.
2. Prohibited to record video or sound without permission.
3. Prohibited to enter disabled area.
4. For violations against above, it will be accepted for damage claim.

The information you provided and some video recording on the office which is for the security will be used for our internal appropriate usage, with highly security. The agreement will also be applied not only for yourself, but for all your companions.

Entrance will only be permitted for attendees (regardless of age) who have received at least 2 vaccinations or have a negative PCR test result in the past 7 days (proof not required). PCR test kits will not be provided at the venue. November 12-19 All visitors’ temperature will be checked at the entrance. Anyone with a temperature of 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher will not be permitted to enter the office regardless of their vaccination status. Please check your temperature at home before you come.

ワクチン接種状況に関わらず、来館者全員に実施されるエントランスの検温にて37.5℃以上の発熱がみられる場合は、いかなる理由があっても入館は認められません。ご自宅にて検温の上、お越しください。 イベント当日の受付にて、年齢問わず該当者のワクチン接種2回完了、もしくは、11/12~11/19にPCR検査を実施の上、陰性であることをご報告下さい。(証明書不要)。 イベント当日、検査キットのご準備はございませんので、ご報告いただけない場合は、ご入館できかねること予めご了承下さい。
