We will be hosting an after party for all RubyKaigi 2024 attendees, including food and drinks. Please enjoy networking and connecting with other Rubyist!

Check-in

We request all participants to visit us, mov Inc. at our booth in RubyKaigi 2024 venue ahead of time, in order to ensure everyone can enter to the party smoothly.

We’ll hand out drink tickets upon check-in and all participants must show a given ticket at the entrance.

Ruby core team members, RubyKaigi 2024 speakers and staff are invited to attend without registration! Just bring your Speaker/Committer/Staff badge to the party.

Important notes

• The event is free of charge, but to control the number of participants we request all participants to pre-register, except Ruby committers, RubyKaigi 2024 speakers and staff (as invited above).
• If you are unable to attend, please cancel your registration to free up your slot for other attendees.
• Please note that the drink tickets are only valid during the event hours. They cannot be used after the event has concluded.
• Please note that the drink tickets are only valid during the party. It cannot be redeemed outside event hours.
• The underground floor of the venue is not reserved exclusively for the party, so drink tickets cannot be redeemed there.
• A luggage storage area will be provided, but its capacity is limited. We encourage all attendees to leave your belongings at your hotel as much as possible.
• We cannot take any responsibility for loss or theft of personal items.
• Alcohol beverages will be served at the event. Those under the age of 20 are welcome to participate but are not allowed to consume alcohol at the venue.
• We may compile and share details about the after-party in a blog post at a later date.
• When sharing information about this event on blogs, social media, or other platforms, we request your cooperation in ensuring that the content does not violate public order and morals.
• If your purpose for attending is deemed inappropriate, the event organizers reserve the right to cancel your participation.
• Please act in accordance with the RubyKaigi Policies while inside the venue, and cooperate to ensure all participants can enjoy the event.

Rubyコミッター、RubyKaigi 2024のスピーカー及びスタッフの皆様は、登録なしでパーティーにご参加いただけます。
スピーカー、コミッター、スタッフの名札を持参して、パーティーにご参加ください。

諸注意

• イベントは無料でご参加いただけますが、事前の参加者数把握などのため、参加登録をお願いします。
• 欠席される場合は、お手数ですが速やかにキャンセル処理をお願いします。
• ドリンクチケットは5/17の当イベント時間内のみ有効となります。イベント終了後は利用できませんのでご注意ください。
• ドリンクチケットは再発行できません。無くさないよう名札に入れるなどして管理をお願いいたします。
• のれん街の地下フロアは貸し切りを行っていません。ドリンクチケットは利用できませんのでご注意ください。
• 荷物置き場は用意しますが限りがあります。盗難などトラブル防止のため、各自なるべくホテルに置いてきてください。
• 万が一、紛失や盗難等があったとしても、当社は一切の責任を負いかねます。
• 当イベントではアルコールを提供します。20歳未満の方もご参加いただけますが、会場での飲酒はできません。
• After Partyの様子・内容をまとめ、後日ブログで公開させていただく場合がございます。
• ブログやSNS等で当イベントに関する発信を行う際は、公序良俗に反することのないよう、ご協力をお願いします。
• 参加目的が不適切だと判断される場合には、運営側で参加をキャンセルさせていただく場合がございます。
• 会場内ではRubyKaigiのPoliciesに沿って行動し、参加者すべてが楽しく過ごせるようご協力ください。
