Ben Slater

Chief Product Officer - Principal Consultant Level As Chief Product Officer, Ben has been charged with steering our development roadmap and overseeing the engineering of our products and managing our production support team. Ben has over 20 years experience in systems development including previous stints with a software product company and, for the last 10 years, running large teams for Accenture, a leading global system integrator. He has extensive experience in managing development teams and implementing quality controlled engineering practices.

Aleks Lubiejewski

VP Production Support and Information Security – Project Lead - Management/Architect Level As the VP Production Support and Information Security, Aleks has management responsibility for Instaclustr’s 24 x 7 Cassandra and Spark support team. Aleks drives key team standards and approaches and acts as escalation for any major issues encountered by the support team. Aleks has a held the VP Production Support role at Instaclustr for 12 months and during that time played a lead role in diagnosing and solving many customer Cassandra issues. He has over 17 years consulting experience from requirements specifications through to implementation review.
