概要/Overview

注目のIT企業のセキュリティ責任者たち3名が、 最強のセキュリティ組織を創る秘密について惜しげもなく語る会です。LINE、サイバーエージェント、メルカリの3社それぞれのセキュリティ部門のマネージャが、パネルトーク形式でお話をします。
第一部のパネルトークのほか、第二部ではお越しいただいた皆さまの声からテーマを決定するフリーセッション、会後半では美味しいお酒と食事を用意しての歓談タイムもあります！

This is a gathering where three security managers from notable IT companies get together to talk about how to build a robust security organization. Security managers from LINE, Cyber Agent and Mercari will talk in a panel discussion style.
The first part of this gathering is the panel discussion and in the second part, we have a free session where we talk about topics that guests like. In the last half of the gathering, we have time to chat casually while having drinks and food.

伊藤 彰嗣 Akitsugu Ito

(Mercari, Inc. CSO)

2018年からメルカリのCSOとして入社。前職はサイボウズ株式会社でサイボウズ CSIRT（Cy-SIRT）を立ち上げ、インシデント対応や脆弱性報奨金制度の運用、「セキュリティ室」を立ち上げ、「100 人 100 様の働き方」をセキュリティの面から推進する活動をリードしていた。

Akitsugu Ito joined Mercari, Inc. as CSO in 2018. 
In Cybozu, Inc., Ito established the Cybozu CSIRT (Cy-SIRT), and managed incident handling and the Cybozu Bug Bounty Program. He also established the Security Office, where he led the initiative to promote ”100 work styles for 100 people” from a security perspective.

野渡 志浩 Yukuhiro Nowatari

株式会社サイバーエージェント システムセキュリティ推進グループ マネージャー CyberAgent CSIRT
(CyberAgent, Inc. System Security Promotion Group Manager CyberAgent CSIRT)

セキュリティベンダーやSIerにて脆弱性検査サービスの立ち上げやセキュリティコンサルティング業務に従事。
その後EC事業を運営する企業にてセキュリティエンジニアとしての経験を経て、現在はサイバーエージェントに在籍。CyberAgent CSIRTの立ち上げや各種サービスのセキュリティ強化支援、インシデントハンドリングを担当。

Yukihiro Nowatari established the vulnerability scanner services at security venders and system integration companies and worked as a security consultant.<br>
Later, he joined a company which operates EC businesses, where he gained experience as a security engineer.<br>
Nowatari is currently working for Cyber Agent, Inc. where he is responsible for launching CyberAgent CSIRT, enhancing security for various services, and handling incidents.

中村 智史 Tomofumi Nakamura

2011年に入社。LINEのセキュリティ組織では古参メンバー。現在は、不正対策の社外連携、セキュリティエンジニア採用や育成、脆弱性診断業務の管理、などを担当している。CISSP。

Tomofumi Nakamura  joined LINE Corporation in 2011. 
Nakamura is one of the senior members in the LINE Security team, where he is currently working on projects in cooperation with external stakeholders for measures against fraud, hiring and training security engineers, and managing security vulnerability diagnoses. He is the CISSP.

SECCON初代実行委員長、NICTナショナルサイバートレーニングセンター協力研究員、高知工業高等専門学校客員教授、IPA未踏IT人材発掘・育成事業プロジェクトマネージャー。学生時代に日本語全文検索エンジンのOSS開発に参加。ECサイトの内製開発を手掛けた後、独立系ITベンチャーにて大企業向けEIP製品を開発、mod_perlの大規模対応と国際化(i18n)を担当する。サイボウズ・ラボにて中長期のR&Dの傍ら、産学官連携とセキュリティ人材育成に携わる。OWASP Japan Advisory board、CODE BLUEレビューボード、セキュリティ・キャンプ講師などを務める。平成28年度「情報化促進貢献個人等表彰」経済産業大臣賞受賞。

Yoshinori Takesako served as the first chairman of SECCON chairman, a co-researcher at NICT National Cyber Training Center; a visiting professor at the National Institute of Technology, Kochi College; and a project manager for the Exploratory IT Human Resources Project (the MITOU Program).Takesako took part in the OSS development of a Japanese full-text search engine when he was a student. After undertaking in-house development of an EC site, he developed an EIP product for large businesses at an independent IT venture company and was in charge of the large-scale support of mod_perl and an internationalization project (i18n). While working on mid-term R&D projects at Cybozu Labs, Takesako was involved in projects in collaboration with industry, academia, and government, as well as talent development for security.He also served as a member of the advisory board at OWASP Japan, a member of the review board at CODE BLUE, and a security camp instructor. In 2016, Takesako received the Economy, Trade and Industry Minister’s Award for "Individual and Other Contributors to Promotion of Informatization.
