PyCon JP 2022 Official Party はTOC有明 WEST GOLD 20ホール 20F にて開催致します。

Official Party：2022年10月15日(土) 17:30頃より開催予定

⇒会場にて参加頂け、実際に質問や発表者との交流が可能です。また会場では飲食物の提供があります。
Official Partyに参加する場合には、パーティ参加チケット購入が必要です。

このページからチケットを購入する必要がある参加者は？

  • Official Partyに参加する方は現地参加のチケットの購入とこちらのParty参加のチケット購入が必要です。
  • オンライン参加の方はご購入いただけません。（オンライン参加の方への飲食物の提供はございません）

参加時の抗原検査のご協力のお願い

Party参加の皆様には、15日に会場内で抗原検査を行なっていただく予定です。 Day2、15日（土）の昼過ぎより、4F カンファレンス会場にてPartyの受付を行います。
その際に抗原検査キットをお渡ししますので、ご対応をお願いいたします。
陰性が証明された方のみ、参加証をお渡しする予定です。 このタイミングで残念ながら陽性になってしまった方には返金を行います。 　

決済について

特別な事由がない限り、原則としてPayPal(クレジットカード)による決済をお願いしております。 クレジットカードをお持ちでない場合は、下記をお試し下さい。

例：

• プリペイドVISA(Vプリカ、Kyashなど)を利用
• 知人に依頼して代理決済

上記を試した上で、なお決済手段がない方に限り個別対応となります。その場合はpyconjp [ at ] pycon . jp までメールでお問合せ下さい。

注意事項

過去に決済処理によるエラーで参加登録がされない事象がありました。エラー発生の場合は二重登録せず、pyconjp [ at ] pycon . jp までお問合せ下さい。

領収書

チケットを購入された方に限り、様式の指定があれば別途個別にご対応致します。 その場合はpyconjp [ at ] pycon . jpまでご連絡下さい(*1)。 それ以外の方についてはconnpassより発行される領収データに代えさせて頂きます。

(*1)ご対応は早くても1週間程度、開催1か月前はそれ以上を要する見込みです。早めのご連絡をお願い致します。

チケットの譲渡について

PyCon JP 2022では、購入後のチケットの譲渡はできません。 （感染症対策の為、確実な参加者の把握をする為です。返金に関しては返金ポリシーを参照下さい）

カンファレンス期間中、スポンサーブースでスタンプラリーを実施する予定です。

オンサイトでの実施可否判断について(緊急事態宣言等発令時)💨

当局より緊急事態宣言等の行動制限措置が発表された場合はオンラインのみの実施となる場合がございます。 最終的な実施可否(会場)については1か月前の9月14日までに決定致します。

判断の結果、オンサイト会場での実施を確定いたしました。

PyCon JP 2022では、PyCon JP 2022 オンサイト参加のガイドラインを策定しております。

参加される際には、こちらを一読いただくよう、よろしくお願いいたします。

また、状況に応じて感染症対策ガイドラインは改訂します。 最新の情報をお読みいただくよう、よろしくお願いいたします。

感染対策の徹底について

PyCon JP 2022では東京都の感染症対策基本方針及びPyCon JP 2022感染症対策ガイドラインに則った感染対策を実施致します(消毒液の設置、入場時の検温、参加者の把握)。参加者の皆さまに置かれましても、以下にご協力頂きますようお願い致します。

• 不織布マスクの着用
• こまめな手洗い及び消毒
• 配布物受け渡し時の消毒
• 共同設備の各自の消毒
• 飲食時の発言・会話の禁止
• 人との距離を保つこと
• 新型コロナウイルス接触確認アプリ「COCOA」のインストールと稼働
• ワクチンの接種

個人情報の収集について

PyCon JP 2022では東京都の定める「感染症対策の基本方針」に則り、申込時アンケートにて居住地等の個人情報を取得致します。取得した個人情報は、感染が発生した際に参加者に連絡を行うために利用します。その際に保健所や関係部局に参加者の連絡先の提供を行う場合があります。個人情報の目的外利用及び、保健所や関係部局を除いた第三者に個人情報を提供することは一切ありません。取得した個人情報はカンファレンス終了後1ヶ月間厳重に管理し、責任をもって破棄します。 申し込みを以て、上記に同意したものと致します。

Time and Place

Place

The PyCon JP 2022 Official Party will take place on the 20th floor of TOC Ariake West Gold, the conference venue. Address: Tokyo, Koto, Ariake 3-5-7

Date and Time

October 15th (Sat), starting 17:30.

Join us at the venue to interact with other attendees and presenters. Food and beverages will be provided.

To join the Official Party, a Party Ticket is required.

Who needs to register at this page?

Anyone who wants to join the Official Party must register at this page. Note that an [on-site conference ticket] is required on top of the Party Ticket. Online Ticket holders are not eligible.

COVID-19 Testing

All party attendees must undergo COVID-19 antigen testing at the venue. We will hand out antigen test kits at the registration desk on the second conference day, October 15h (Sat), and you will be provided with a participation certificate in case of a negative test. Should the test be positive, you will be issued a refund.

Payment

Please use PayPal to purchase the Party Ticket. Should you not have access to a credit card, please use pre-paid credit cards or ask a friend.

If you absolutely cannot use PayPal, please contact us via email at pyconjp@pycon.jp.

Caution

In the past, sometimes the payment processing would result in an error, preventing registration. Should that be the case, please contact us at pyconjp@pycon.jp rather than registering again, to prevent accidental double-registrations.

Please use the recipe issued by connpass if possible. Should you require a formal recipe, please contact us at pyconjp@pycon.jp. Note that it might take some time for us to respond to all inquiries.

Ticket Transfers

PyCon JP 2022 Tickets, including Party Tickets, are non-transferable. For refunds, please see our Refund Policy.

Refund Policy

A refund will be issued in the following case only:

• The COVID-19 antigen test taken at the venue is positive.

A refund will NOT be issued in any other case, including illness of the participant or if the event is forced to be held online due to a decleration of a state of emergency by the government.

Stamp rally will be held at sponsors booths during the conference.

The participants to visit the sponsors booths and collect all the stamps will receive a Bonus T-Shirts from PyCon JP 2022. The design is different from online sales T-shirts. So please participate the giveaway campaign even if you plan to purchase the T-shirt.

More details will be announced on official PyCon JP 2022 blog as soon as they are ready.

Judgment as to whether or not to Hold the event on-site💨

In the event that a state of emergency or other action restrictions are announced by the authorities, the event may be held online only. The final decision on whether or not the event will be held on-site will be made by September 14.

(Added on Sep.14) As a result of our decision, we have finalized to hold on-site.

Participation in PyCon JP 2022📝

PyCon JP 2022 has established Guidelines for on-site participation in PyCon JP 2022.

We kindly ask that you read these guidelines before participating in the conference.

The guidelines will be revised as necessary. Please be sure to read the latest information.

Infection Control Measures

PyCon JP 2022 will be held in accordance with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's standards for infection control and PyCon JP 2022 Guidelines for the Control of Infectious Diseases(setting up disinfectant solution, temperature check upon entry, and knowing who is attending). We would like to ask for the cooperation of all participants in the following matters.

• Wearing non-woven masks
• Frequent hand washing and disinfection
• Disinfection at the time of distribution and delivery(Goods etc)
• Disinfecting their own communal facilities
• No speaking or talking while eating or drinking
• Keep your distance from people
• Installation and operation of COCOA(Novel coronavirus contact confirmation app)
• Vaccination

Collection of Personal Information

PyCon JP 2022 will follow the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's "Basic Policy on Countermeasures against Infectious Diseases", and will collect personal information such as place of residence in a questionnaire at the time of application. The personal information obtained will be used to contact participants in the event of an outbreak of infection. In such cases, the contact information of participants may be provided to public health centers and related departments. Personal information will not be used for any other purpose, nor will it be provided to any third party other than health centers and related departments. Personal information obtained will be strictly managed for one month after the conference ends, and will be destroyed responsibly. By submitting your application, you agree to the above.

PyCon JP 2022 requires all attendees, speakers, sponsors, and staff to abide by the code of conduct in order for everyone to enjoy the conference with peace of mind. Please check the details below before proceeding to ticket purchase.

Exclusion of Anti-Social Forces

Anti Social Forces: An organized crime group, a member of an organized crime group, a related company or association of an organized crime group, and any other equivalent person of above. Each party represents and warrants that is not a person who has fallen and shall not fall under the Anti-Social Forces and a person having a relationship with the Anti-Social Forces.
