BlockchainHub4周年記念企画第2弾 「欧州AIトレンド＆ビジネス実装におけるTips」

株式会社ブロックチェーンハブは2020年1月で創業４周年を迎えました。
これまでブロックチェーン技術の社会実装、新事業の創出にコミットしてきましたが、新たな挑戦を牽引する起業家精神を持つ人々（※）の裾野をさらに広げていきたいと考えています。
※起業家に限らず、企業内で新製品・サービスを企画する人も含まれます

その想いのもと、これまで以上に、新しいアイデア・パッション・繋がりの「ハブ」となることを目指し、meetupシリーズ "be the Hub" を展開します。

Celebrating our 4th anniversary, BlockchainHub launched a series of meetup "be the Hub" for our motivation to be the hub of people having entrepreneurial passion/ambition.

今回は、英国のAIスタートアップ springbok.ai 創業者/Managing DirectorのVictoria C. Albrecht氏、ドイツ/ベルリンから欧州情報を発信している連続起業家・コミュニケーターのwasabi氏をお招きし、欧州のテックシーンを題材にディスカッションします。（通訳：wasabi氏）

ドイツ出身の連続起業家。 初めて創業したフード系スタートアップ「YFood」を24歳の 時に売却後、シリコンバレーが支援する会話型AIスタートアップ 「Rasa」に5番目の社員として入社。 25歳でロンドンを拠 点とする企業向けデータサイエンスおよび人工知能コンサルタント の大手ブティックとなる「springbok.ai」を設立。
STEM分野全体における最先端の研究を適用し、 最先端の人工知能を適用することで自動化ソフトウェアおよびデー タ分析プロジェクトを企業向けに提供。 困難な問題解決に意欲的な世界クラスの学術および工学のスペシャ リストが集まる40名以上のチームを作り上げたことでも業界内で 注目を集める。

Victoria is a serial entrepreneur from Germany. After her first exit with 24 she joined the Silicon Valley-backed leading Conversational AI startup Rasa as the 5th employee. With 25, she founded Springbok AI, the leading boutique London-based Data Science and Artificial Intelligence consultancy for Enterprise.
Victoria has made a name for herself by attracting a team of now over 40 world-class academic and engineering talent who love solving hard problems by applying cutting-edge research from across STEM disciplines to deliver state-of-the-art intelligent (AI) automation software and data analytics projects. Springbok HQ is in London, but the company's, autonomy, flexibility, and results-driven working culture allows the team to work from wherever they get their best work done. In the space of only 2 years, Victoria has been able to secure contracts with multinational clients like Henkel & Co and Hogan Lovells and Paddy Power Betfair. All of Springbok's growth has been organic, and the company is profitable. In 2019, Springbok achieved a 3 x revenue growth, 100% repeat business and 100% staff retention.
Victoria is regularly invited to global conferences such as SLUSH in Helsinki, Seeds & Chips in Milan and Techsylvania in Cluj, as well as sharing her learnings at Machine Learning community events.

wasabi （藤沢祐子） / Yuko Fujisawa
連続起業家＆コミュニケーター / Serial Entrepreneur & Communicator

1991年生まれ東京都葛飾区出身。2015年よりドイツ・ ベルリンにフリーランスの日英翻訳家・ライターとして移住。
日本の就職活動や働き方に疑問を持ち、発信活動を開始。「 新卒海外フリーランス」としてライフハッカー[日本版] やハフィントンポスト[日本版]、 ドイツ大使館公式ブログなどで執筆。
2016年2月に「TEDxYouth@Kobe」に登壇。 新しい時代の働き方を提唱し、同世代を中心に大きな支持を得る。 その傍らIT関係の翻訳に従事していたことをきっかけにプログラ ミングに興味を持ち、 フィリピンのオンラインプログラミング学習プラットフォーム「 CodeGrit」と共同でオンライン学習コミュニティを運営。 2018年にはフィリピン・ セブ島とベルリンにてフロントエンドエンジニアを養成する2週間 のプログラミング留学を主催。
場所や時間にとらわれないライフスタイルを送る面で欠かせない「 海外送金」の分野に興味を持ったことから、 ドイツを中心としたフィンテック、 ブロックチェーン関連企業の取材や現地視察のコーディネートにも 着手。過去のアテンド実績はパナソニック、富士通、 MITSUBISHI MOTORS、日本コールセンター協会など。 2019年よりポルトガルにも拠点を移し、 現地のスタートアップLogical Plateau Ltd. と共同で電動自転車の開発およびブロックチェーンプロジェクトに 従事している。
Born in 1991, from Katsushika-ku, Tokyo. In 2015 she moved to Berlin, Germany as a freelance JN<>EN translator and writer.
She started questioning about Japanese working culture, and launched her own first Blog “WSBI”. She created a new jargon "Newly Graduate Overseas Freelancer” which breaks out the traditional work style in Japan, and been writing her opinion on several media such as Lifehacker [Japan], Huffington Post [Japan] and German Embassy Official Blog.
She spoke at "TEDxYouth @ Kobe" in February 2016. Advocates a new way of working, and gains great support mainly from younger generation. At the same time, she was involved in Software related translation job that led her interested in programming, and managed an online learning community in collaboration with CodeGrit, the Philippine-based online programming learning platform. In 2018 she hosted a two-week programming abroad program to train front-end engineers at Cebu Island and Berlin.
Following after her endless passion towards Fintech hacking as an expat in Germany, she also started coordinating interviews with Fintech and blockchain related companies mainly in Germany. Not only that, the business spread to organising Company Visit tour forJapanese enterprises such as Panasonic, Fujitsu, Mitsubishi Motors and Call Center Association of Japan.
Since 2019, she relocated to Portugal as a second base, and has been engaged in the development of electric bicycles and blockchain projects in collaboration with local startup Logical Plateau Ltd.

As COO of BlockchainHub and Chairman of Japan Security Token Association, driving business application of blockchain technology and running blockchain business communities. Recently co-authored a book about Facebook's Libra, which published by Nikkei Publishing.
