グローバル化が加速する中、プロダクトマネジメントもボーダーレスな視点が求められています。
本イベントでは、JiraやConfluenceで世界的に成功を収めたAtlassianのプロダクトマネージャーJasonさんをお招きし、マネーフォワードのCPO、Money Forward IndiaのシニアPdMと共に、グローバルなプロダクト開発の最前線について語り合います。

A native of the Sutherland Shire, from the land downunder, Jason has the honor and privilege of working on the Atlassian team since 2014. He loves nothing more than visiting our customers to understand their business and tech as he seeks sources of inspiration for the product. An avid traveller with many hobbies. A proud family guy.
廣原 亜樹/ 株式会社マネーフォワード ビジネスカンパニーCPO
教育関連企業の情報システム部勤務を経て、1999年にワークスアプリケーションズ入社。人事給与パッケージの開発エンジニアを経て、大手企業向けERPパッケージの開発責任者として複数プロダクトの立ち上げ、企画開発統括、大手企業への拡販、導入PM等に従事。2014年に製品企画開発管掌の執行役員に就任。2020年に当社入社し「マネーフォワード クラウドERP」の立ち上げに関わる。現在はビジネスカンパニーCPOとして中堅企業以上向けプロダクト全体を統括。
Shinno / マネーフォワードインディア Sr. Product Director
2024年よりインド在住。マネーフォワードインディアで、プロダクトマネジメント組織の新規構築に取り組んでいる。過去には主にBtoCプロダクトのプロダクトマネジメントに多く関わる。Ex-SmartNews, EX-Yahoo! Japan。スマートニュースではプロダクトマネージャーとしてCovid-19、Weather Radar, US-Community などのプロダクトを担当。Yahoo! JapanではEbookJapan電子書籍プロダクト等の立ち上げとグロースを経験。

"Expanding Japanese Products Globally" and "Acquiring PM Skills for the Global Stage"
As globalization accelerates, product management requires a borderless perspective. In this event, we are pleased to welcome Jason, a product manager from Atlassian, known for the global success of products like Jira and Confluence. Together with the CPO of Money Forward, they will discuss the forefront of global product development.
During the panel discussion, we plan to delve into the following points. If there are other topics you'd like to hear about, please let us know in the survey!
- Challenges and solutions in globalization, such as language, culture, and time differences
- Criteria and approaches for localization
- Decision-making processes in SaaS businesses regarding what to develop or not

Aki Hirohara / CPO, Business Company, Money Forward, Inc.
After working in the Information Systems Department of an education-related company, he joined Works Applications in 1999. After working as a development engineer for a human resource and payroll package, he was responsible for the development of ERP packages for major companies, launching multiple products, overseeing planning and development, expanding sales to major companies, and serving as a PM for implementation. He joined the company in 2020 and was involved in the launch of “Money Forward Cloud ERP”. Currently, as CPO of the Business Company, he is in charge of all products for mid-sized companies and above.
Shinno / Money Forward India - Sr.Product Director
Since 2024, he has been working on building a new product management organization at Money Forward India. In the past, he was mainly involved in product management in the field of BtoC products. Ex-SmartNews, Ex-Yahoo! Japan. At SmartNews, he was in charge of products such as Covid-19, Weather Radar, and US-Community as a product manager. At Yahoo! Japan, he gained a lot of experience in the launch and growth of the EbookJapan e-book service.

I have experience with primarily B2C products at NAVITIME, Recruit, and Money Forward. Through roles such as product manager and business manager in various fields, I have been dedicated to maximizing product and business potential.
