イベントの概要

PyCon JP 2024 Day 2のクロージング終了後に、参加者を限定した、ウェルダンパーティーを会場近くで開催します。

スピーカー関係、スポンサー、主催メンバーを対象に開催します。 有料（一部の対象者を除く）でチケットを事前に購入いただき、当日参加ください。

参加可能な方

以下の招待された方が対象のイベントです。

• キーノートスピーカー・招待講演者
• スピーカー・ポスターセッション
• スポンサー ・・スポンサー枠により無料チケットを受け取っている人数まで
• パトロンスポンサー
• PyCon JP 2024主催メンバー
• PyCon JP Association 理事
• 地域、海外PyConオーガナイザー ・・別途連絡を受け取った方

間違えて登録した場合は主催者によって強制キャンセルされますので注意ください。

タイムスケジュール

• 入場 ・・19:00
• 入場したら、ドリンク提供・・19:00から
• 乾杯と開会挨拶・・19:05ごろ
• 食事提供 ・・19:05ごろから
• 自由に懇親
• 終了・・20:50

Event Overview

After the closing of Day 2 of PyCon JP 2024, a Well-done Party will be held near the venue for selected participants.

This event is for speakers, sponsors, and organizing members. Attendance is paid (except for certain participants), and tickets must be purchased in advance.

Who Can Attend

This event is for the following invited participants:

• Keynote Speakers & Invited Speakers
• Speakers & Poster Session Presenters
• Sponsors – up to the number of free tickets received according to their sponsorship level
• Patron Sponsors
• PyCon JP 2024 Organizing Members
• PyCon JP Association Board Members
• Regeonal, Overseas PyCon Organizers – those who have received a separate invitation

Please note that if you mistakenly register, the organizer may forcibly cancel your registration.

• Drinks will be served upon entry – from 19:00
• Toast and Opening Remarks – around 19:05
• Food service – from around 19:05
