大規模システム開発における、リグレッションテストの重要性と、一方でコストとのバランスを取るために、設計・実施方法の効率化について、トラベルシステムのリニューアルという大規模システム開発プロジェクトを実例として、ご紹介致します。

Shift left testing からの人材育成とキャリアパス

STQBのシラバスでは、テストの7原則で「早期テストで時間とコストを節約」というものがあります。これはシフトレフトとも呼ばれていて、ソフトウェア開発のライフサイクルの早い時期にテストを行うことの恩恵の重要な側面です。今回はこのシフトレフトに関する実践的なプラクティスと人材育成とキャリアパスにも恩恵があることを発表したいと思います。

This presentation will talk the importance of regression testing in large-scale system development, and how to improve the efficiency of design and implementation methods in order to balance costs, using a large-scale system development project for the renewal of a travel system as an actual example.

Talent development and career path from Shift left testing

In the STQB syllabus, one of the seven principles of testing is "Save time and money with early testing". This is also known as shift left and is an important aspect of the benefits of testing early in the software development lifecycle. In this presentation, I would like to present some practical practices on this shift-left and the benefits to human resource development and career path as well.

After that, she joined Rakuten in 2010.
